Haha idk about a grow room. But I have 2 tents, 4x4x7, and 2x4x6.5. So nothing tremendous, but it is pretty awesome. I'd totally recommend getting one if you can man. Just not from your local shop. I could've saved about 100ea on them. I'm just a very impatient person.

My plants are taking forever to ripen, so ive read shortening the light cycle helps? So today I shut it off after 8 hours. That should be fine, right, or did I read and/or execute shorting the light cycle wrongly?

What are ya rushin for? No need to hurry, theyll be better if you just take your time and lettem do their thing.if you do want to shorten the ON time its usually just for an hour. Once you screw somthin up tryin to rush youll never do it again. If you want instant gratification go buy a fishing rod :) otherwise, hop on for the ride oh yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :):):):):)

Fiiiineeeeeee....I just wanna harvest already so I can start scrogging my other plants. I'm having some issues with the hydro and coco plants. The soil plants are fine except for a few. Gonna post up the soil problem ones here, and the soiless/hydro ones in the hydro section.

Here is my Black Haze plant. Idk why it's doing this, no nutes have been given. Just ph'd water. So idk. I'm assuming a flush is in order
, and check the runoff, then adjust the water to 6.5 or higher, so that hopefully the soil PH sits at 6.5 or do I have that wrong?

Hmmm, idk, ive never seen that before. Leaves look really shiney and super dark green at the bottom only?? Is that right? New growth looks good, looks like its moving along well, light green tops where its growing quickly i see. Im guessin its still ffof soil. Did you add in a tea, seaweed, or fish emultion at some point? What is the ph of your water to start?

Personally i think phing water is a bunch of guano. Ive never used a drop of ph up/down. Outta the tap mines 6 though, but ive got friends that dont do it either. I only know one person that does it but his rez is like 1000 gallons. If your waters reasonable then id say learning the basics are more important than phing. If you can get a couple from seed to smoke and they turn out well then id start tweeking stuff. Ph(maybe), feeding ppms, size of plants at switch, soil, nutrients and additives, organic/inorganic, hanging time, curing time, tricomb clarity/amber at chop, all that stuff can make it better or worse. Honestly i belive phing is a fools errand and usually the go to response from your local grow store. Have you heard this before? "Yup, sounds like you got lock out caused by your ph being off", then hell try and sell you some ph up/down, some clearex to get the salt out, and some ph perfect nutes.....all hes really saying is i dont have a feking clue whats wrong with your plant, give me all your money ;) you may have a deficiancy or it may be normal, leaves die, its not the end of the world, or it could be an overage from somthing you added that is really high in one of the NPK values.

You can post em all here if you want man, this is your grow thread so you can do whatever ya want with it. You wanna post some flowers growing in a rubber boot in the back yard next to a dog house with some old tires next to it go ahead ;) there aint to many rules. Heres my dwc from last year. I aced that shit :):):)

Jesus, fuck you and your awesome dwc. Im looking for about 3-4ft before flip, and then teing down and all when they start getting taller, and 3-4ft for the scrog screens as well, to hopefully get larger colas with a more developed plant and root mass. I wana have fun with this grow, gazing at monstrous (for my taste) plants. The new growth looks fine, but the old growth on the black haze (I have it pinned down) looks pretty good for the most part. I don't know about the PH bit though. They neverreally try to sell me shit. Just say flush and ph my water.

If you havent fed it anything there should be no need to flush though. If youve got them up so that the water isnt being reabsorbed like we talked about earlier you are leaching your soil everytime you water. That is basiclly flushing at every watering so your good there.....i think i fed mine in ffof two or three times at way to high of ppms (800-1100) and didnt feed for the next two months before flip and they didnt do that. Thats why i was wondering about anything you added? If theres no reason for why it could have happened then id say we should start looking into deficiancies charts :):):)

Idk, her water is pretty'hard' here apparently. I'm just going off what I'm told. I can try tap. But I don't have every variable dialed in yet. So I'm trying to get the ones I can dialed in.

Ive been reading a bit about hard water and your area is supposed to have very low instances of hard water. Not saying its not hard but thats just what the map says. Heres a link i just used to test mine and mines good.http://m.wikihow.com/Determine-if-You-Have-Hard-Water . Its an easy test that will give you an idea how bad it is. I read a book once that said, if you run RO water that you should be prepared for a flood. It will happen when you least suspect it, probably more than once. Youll forget that you have it running and youll remember in the middle of a conversation your having with a friend on the phone. RO units are expensive and a frickin pain in the ass. Theyll run ya 150-250 and replacement filters are 25 bucks a piece. I love my growshop boys, theyre awsome! We go drinkin all the time and get in trouble all over town. I love em but at the same time, theyre always tellin me about shit i dont need cause most people get curious when you start talking about stuff you dont know about. They also brag about how much they can get suckers to spend lol. Id try the test. I did and im golden, i hope you get suds like crazy, let me know :):):)

Alrighti will do later today.
My grape crush is lookin awesome. I wish I'd have let them veg more this last time. It's almost to heavy for every branch to hold up, each bud site is bent over. I had to tie up like all my plants for support as well though. I won't make that mistake this time though. Gonna scrog and veg em out pretty far. I can always tie them don't, I cant however grow more when I have leftover height in the tent.
