Are you for or against gun control?

What I wrote does make sense. I don't anyone as any person able to hold a gun should be able to own one. Someone who was convicted of a violent gun crime should not be able to go buy another one when they get out.
I want a gun, I already have 124 of them, but I want another one, a nice old Colt 1903 pocket model, But because I want it< you think that is the qualifier for denying one?

So you only want people that DO NOT WANT guns to have them?

FYI if you were convicted of a violent crime in the USA, you cannot go out and legally buy a gun, EVER AGAIN!!!

Or did you think that felons who murder and rape were allowed by law to own guns?

This is why I hate arguing on forums but can't seem to stop. So hard to get a point across without writing a whole page. I'm not saying they should change the entire constitution just small parts that relate more to our current time. When did the people tell the gun experts to fuck off? Far as I can see a lot of people still want their guns. We can't have just any violent person owning a gun and at the same time have laws that make it difficult for you to defend yourself without you getting convicted. One has to give. Yes, yes I may be thin skinned heard it many times. But small minded is an insult in my eyes. Small mindedness is big problem in this world.

So, grow more skin and realize we are not arguing..that will help.

We are discussing and I would love to hear your plans of changing the Constitution.

Go for it. I'm listening....but it better be real. :)

Even violent felons, if released should be able to legally purchase guns.
Why shouldn't they have rights?

Read the posts:
4 - Once again I am not against people owning guns im against anybody who wants a gun to own a gun.
Already have laws against felons and the mentally ill owning firearms but guess what Sherlock they don't work. You're starting to sound retarded Bucky insinuating laws work while posting on a cannabis site. Derp Derp

It is all felons. Even me...you have to scrap the rules down to the bone to call my pot bust a felony, but there you go.

It doesn't even matter what the punishment is...wrist slap. But, what they could have done is the rule of felony in this regard.

The problem with emotion tampering is it gets knees jerking in Unison.

I suggest getting your record expunged for your small pot bust.

what part of VIOLENT did you not read >>> back on ignore you go
Violent has nothing to do with it. i did get surprised and struggled a bit with the plain clothes...resisting...yeah, go ahead and call it violent. I have to plea down. It is what the punishment could have been.

It has nothing to do with violence. Violence is being re-defined as words even before deeds, in case you have not noticed.

Notice? They are the ones pushing for "fighting words" so they can call the police anytime someone says something they don't like. Liberal Utopia.

HeLL NO !!!! you lost that right when you became a violent felon.
"You" ? I wasn't talking about myself.
US citizens or better all people,.. have rights and should not be denied or granted rights by others, especially others who use force and threats of violence to deny rights and freedom, especially under the guise of "law" Why would a "violent felon" be released if they are such a danger? Why if they have "paid their debt to society" and been released should they be denied basic human rights? Why should they be disarmed and publicly so, in a way which makes them a easy victim for those who are armed with bad intentions? Why should they be marked and left unable to defend themselves? If someone is committing a violent crime maybe they should be shot on sight by the victim or apprehending party, that would prevent them from doing any further harm and save the cost of trial and incarceration. Who decides who should be allowed the means to defend themselves? What if we make being a Jew or Black or Poor grounds to deny gun ownership ?
