well if youre doctor is telling to cut it down i would, red meat is bad for anyone, it is high in LDL cholesterol which is linked to heart disease it is also been linked to over like 25 cancers, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, ect , but this is MAINLY from factory farmed animals as with everything moderation is key, dont get me wrong bear i used to LOVE steak i ate that shit everyday , but you should consider cutting down on buying crap meat from the grocery store , or cutting down your red meat consumption if its health related, as for pork i was never a fan except bacon and let me tellyou "tempeh bacon" doesnt compare.
