Yes Stevia, I wish more people knew about it. It doesn't cause tooth decay either.
I really can't find anything wrong with Stevia on research. Rumor was there was possibility of reproductive problems but not proven. Used for quite a while now in Japan and forever in SA. Have to get pure though, some stuff in stores is Stevia mixed with other sugars/chemicals

Love those high proof bourbons. Booker's at 128 proof is one of my favorites.
the licensing laws in the uk are crap. you can import high proof but it's illegal to sell in bars!?!? i loved the 151 even though i'm not mad keen on rum, but that stuff with a ginger beer is like nectar, big squeeze of lime ( like a 1/4 lime chucked in and ice mmmmm i want one now lol.
I used to drink a lot of diet soft drinks but read up on artificial sweeteners and quit all that. Use pure Stevia instead, no sugar either.

stevia, has only just hit the shelves in the uk. but i don;t think it'll catch on. I use the sweetener tabs for my tea n coffee but they've released the green stevia ones at almost double the price:roll: guess helping people not be obeast isn't top priority.....

I use KAL brand pure Stevia. A 3.5 oz. container runs about $19 from LuckyVitamins which is my go to place for vitamins and supplements. The container has almost 2400 servings (!) in it so you don't have to use much. I still use regular sugar in baking, but Stevia in everything else.
