I bet most of your organs take a bit of imagination (I had to)
*snickers*

First I thought it was two people either a) strangling or b) embracing eachother, then I noticed the protuberance at the bottom. The overall shape could be a Mickey Mouse head... with an oversized nose.

Rainbow, I appreciate what you're trying to say with this thread, but in all fairness I was chubby in that pic and have since tightened up the thighs... No one really comments on them, but I feel better in myself having taken up ballet. There's a large aspect of self-improvement and relation to work ethic in getting oneself in shape. I think that's another reason there are negative connotations associated with fat women. But as discussed in a general thread about fat people (I will Search later) people are overweight for all sorts of reasons. Some women are naturally predisposed to being bigger and tone themselves, some girls are naturally skinny and when they put on weight it just dangles or wobbles in the wrong places. Curvy is nice but then again are we talking curvy muscle or curvy fat... or both...

Urca is a sweet girl and I hope if she does decide to lose weight she does it for herself, she will feel better and healthier in herself and other people will pick up on that renewed confidence and vigor, then compliment her for it. The people who will truly get to know her, however, will do so/have done so whatever she looks like. Urca is a pretty girl anyway, though.

Maybe I'm too hard to please. I like skinny AND curvy in one.

Eh, whatever.

I see the embrace. They merge at the bottom though, that's why I said siamese fetuses lol. Such a weird potato.

I thought he was talking about that kid holding his baggie up to the camera and it looked like... shite.

I know the reason you posted your pic, Rainbow. 'I am not fat. Real women look like this... not a stick. If you don't like that, suck it.'

Not to say I didn't like them and that those are not somewhere in my databank.

She was kidding. She didn't really save it. It was just a pic of me in shorts and a tank. It only showed my thighs to right above my knees and parts of one arm dude. It really wasn't all that revealing.

Oh yeah. In response to the thread topic. . . I think people should strive to be HEALTHY. Not to the level of being a fitness Freak, because that's gotta be unhealthy for some aspect of our life, but HEALTHY. Part of the health that people should aim for is mental health. If someone is overweight, they are generally not going to be in the most healthy state they could be mentally. They have internal struggles about their image that they have brought on themselves. Let's face it, even really fit, attractive people still have body image issues. It's part of life. What these fit individuals DON'T do however, is compound these issues by being overweight.

Being overweight causes burdens in peoples lives both mentally and physically. It puts extra strain on joints and the cardiovascular system, and it's really such an easy thing to fix and prevent. Unless you are physically handicapped, being overweight always boils down to the same thing. Laziness. Too lazy to control eating habits. Too lazy to go for a walk after that Super Sized meal from McDonald's. Too lazy to do some simple exercises with some 2 or 5 pound weights when you're sitting there watching t.v. for hours at a time. Too lazy to stand in your own living room while watching t.v. and do some aerobic exercise.

It's laziness and that's why I stop sympathizing after a while and start thinking to myself, "what the fuck. go for a walk. put down the candy bar, and go for a fucking walk".

I'd also have to look in to it further, but I'd say that being overweight is most certainly up there with adding strain to the healthcare system. Behind smoking but probably not by a longshot. Who knows though.....maybe it's in front. Get in shape people. There's no reason not to.

And Kuroi, I wasn't blowing smoke up your ass or just trying to flatter you...I really do not believe you look fat in that picture. That is not what a fat person looks like.
