Alright, similar enough, but still, you are giving that consent by staying. You are not part of a plantation as you said, those people aren't free to leave due to threat of harm. You can leave whatever area and the society, rules, taxes, protections, and services that go with it and strike out on your own.

Vote out the current batch of Republicans and force them to evolve out of the Wealthy Melanin-lite Heterosexual Male Only agenda so that they start legislating for 100% of the population.

That is an often repeated falsehood. I'm not sure you've thought that through and might just be repeating it as if it were true.
Your claim insinuates that governments own all property and there is no such thing as private property.

Can you give me an example of how remaining somewhere is the same as giving consent ?

Did all the people who got busted for pot, consent to giving up their body ownership to "the law" ? I don't think they did.

Howdy Bob! Its a quiet Sunday morning and I’m 8 miles high so I’ll play along for a minute.


In your world of absolute sovereignty what would happen if I stole a neighbors calf, slaughtered and ate it? Would the local society just deem me a thief and shun me from their moral construct? Would my neighbor have recourse to take from me (thus violating my sovereignty) some adequate compensation? Who would decide 'adequate'?

What if I murdered him? I am unburdened by all but my conscience? And when the local short bed sadists get wind of all this good time and we band together does the regional moral construct that doesn’t care for our 'way of living' form an equal party to violate our sovereignty?

Do you really believe people have the decency to thrive in your scenario? Honest question.

Howdy Carl!

I think the neighbor would be justified in seeking restituion proportionate to the harm you created.

If it were proven you were a cattle thief and murderer, I wouldn't stop somebody from applying justice. If you stole my cattle what do you think should happen ?

I really believe the only way to peace is for people to have choices and reap the benefits or suffer the consequences of their choices. I believe that because without choices, people CANNOT be at peace.
