Here we go, the inevitable "I worked in the banking sector" had to come up.

When you understand that he didn't order any goods or services which were not received then you will understand why such protection does not apply.

And given how much there is across the news and web about these scammers, there's no excuse for such stupidity. It's his own fault and he deserves all he gets for being so stupid.

No you wouldn't, an international transfer can be called for and be being processed before it appears on your transaction list, and that means it could have been made before you went to the bank. The woman at the counter will not necessarily have that information to hand.

i was on tje phone to her im pretty sure with tje power of the intermet she would have acces to all infermation eatjer way i can proov i got scammed if it goes further i cancelled my card so gues what if thay try n steal mony it will get declined dick head

You THINK. I reckon I know where you went wrong there.

As has been said, anything that was being processed BEFORE you reported this to the bank is vulnerable and international transactions can take days to show up. This is real world stuff, not Hollywood movie stuff, and the fact that you think she can see everything thanks to the power of the internet is telling.

i fuken asked her fick wit u want me to get em to send me an email saying np thay had no autharisation to take money if it shows up tjev taken mony in a few days i will get my mony back u dense xunt thay fuken told me this u want me to email the bank and get proof fuck me dead bro get tje fuck over it ill necer again think im a sad cunt not when uv caried on with this bullshit all day youre misses is probebly fucking somebody else right now while u sit here and play keybourd warrior u seriosly dont have better things to do u sir are one sad panda

Wait and see if anything happens then. Banks are like scammers, they say one thing and then do another, especially when the stupid cunt who handed details out over FACEBOOK has a transaction going through before the card is reported as being vulnerable.
