That's what the city is saying to abide by. These MMCC's must register like any other business within the city but must 1000 feet from all those places. They also have to follow to the current MMMP rules which says that a caregiver can only give and be compensated from their own patients and nobody else. The city is setting up these dispensaries to fail eventually.lol I wouldn't be going by no local city law, weed is legal in Saginaw, mt pleasant and around here for 1 oz or less only fineable, do you think they only fine people? Hell no people left and right getting weed charges and having to plead 74-11
these laws are a joke, I would start going by the medical marijuana site by lara the one that actually covers the actual state not just a local city.
This bill has a long shot, even when it was introduced that was stated. The other house bills have a better chance of getting voted in than this one.Sorry to hear about this.
