Thanks Bro. Blue Dream has been on my list to try for a while.
In regards to aroma and flavor, DG grows a very clean product. If you want the most fragrant and tasty flowers possible, humic/fulvic/sea kelp type products can be beneficial which is why I use floralicious plus. I've used Aqua Flakes before and I really liked it actually but I don't remember noticing any difference in the flavor. I do remember noticing a stronger aroma as the plants were flowering with H&G. That could be both a good and bad thing depending on where you live.I have most of the dyna-gro crop trimmed up now and after sampling both strains I grew this run multiple times I am a little disappointed. The weight was there, the look was there, but the smell and flavor were not what I was used to. The smell was very noticeably less intense than it has ever been. @homebrewer in your honest assessment have you been able to overcome this using floralicious plus or any other additives? I did a crop using the same strains, in the same coco, same brand of bulbs, but used house and garden aqua flakes. The weight was similar, but the smell and flavor of the pot were much better with the house and garden. I am kind of bummed out that it ended up like this honestly.
What's your temps?I have been feeding these nothing but well water and dynagro grow 7-9-5 since 10 days into bloomView attachment 3513372
How so if it works with microbes and the base is chem?Floralicious Plus definitely increases aroma and flavor. It's a simple additive and a bottle goes a long way at 1ml/gal.
the temps in my rooms are usually around 75-80 degrees. What's your temps?
i think that humic acid helps nutrient uptake no matter what type of base you're using. How so if it works with microbes and the base is chem?
i just ordered a 2.5 gallon jug off of ebay last night. are you running the foliage pro?Get some bio ag ful power to run with your dyna gro, best fulvic additive on the market.
Yep foilage pro and bio ag ful power.Adding in floralicious + in late flower. This and running ph at 5.5-6.2 in coco currently with excellent success.I use it at 10ml a gallon that would last a whilei just ordered a 2.5 gallon jug off of ebay last night. are you running the foliage pro?
Was not aware of this.the temps in my rooms are usually around 75-80 degrees.

sorry for the double post of the root balls. i posted em once and they didn't show up so i tried it again and they still didn't show. so i bagged it, but then at some point they all showed up.
Contrary to popular belief microbes can and do take hold in when feeding mineral nutrients. Just in severely depeleted numbers. High phosphorus amounts will knock out mycos and what not. But there usually is biological activity in a medium like coir (when inoculated) whether feeding mineral nutes or not. To what degree....depends.How so if it works with microbes and the base is chem?
