Is McCain a rascist??

The consensus for some time has been that you are nuts med. Even you have speculated that you're slipping gears on the hills.

I have several reasons for apposing that legislation and racism is not in play here. If you knew me personally, even you would think that accusation was pretty funny and silly.
And I suppose you are the only sane person here. We are all nuts to some degree or another. Just because my political ideas differ from yours doesn't make me any nuttier than you. get used to it. you are as nutty as me.

This thread is not about your lack of sanity or poor life choices. It is about whether John McCain is a racist. So far, no evidence to support the question has been offered.

Now, please explain why Obama has three sheep living in his backyard?

guys, he is fucking skeletor gimme a break, you are seriously going to vote for skeletor? if you elect skeletor he is going to turn the white house into castle grey skull, and then only beastman can save us :/

P.S. on a side note, the paper he is a senior writer for is like, the largest paper in Tallahassee I hope he paints a good picture of Skeletor. Then when some other reporter asked about why they took him away, they they took that person away, sounds like profiling to me. Anyone who is disagreeing can put the horse blinders back on and go wander their pastures some more.

LOL!!! hussein, that's laughable. i bet that's supposed to make us think he's somehow a closet militant/terrorist. (bush is the terrorist.) it's just a name. thousands of people have that name. i like his ideas on healthcare, foreign policy, the economy etc. i'm not going to pretend i know his platform inside and out. i'm sure he (and mccain) don't even have it figured out. i kinda like mccain. but there are some key issues that i won't ignore. he wants to stay in iraq and fight forever. didn't he say he thought the american people didn't care if we were there for 100 years? well, i care. i don't think we even belong there. and who says that if we leave, we lose, mccain??? you have to choose your battles carefully, on this one we didn't.
Nice attempt at a sidestep. Now then, what exactly are B. O'Bama's concrete ideas?

Look, if you are going to back a candidate, surely you've done some research on the man's ideas and to where he would lead the country, right? So, please list the ideas of O'Bama's that you are so enamored of. Here ... I'll make it easy for you:

1.

2.

3.

4.

5.

6.

7.

I'm sure you can come up with a lot more than seven of O'Bama's concrete ideas ... but for now, seven will do. You might start with his ideas on health care, the economy and his foreign policy that you mentioned in your last post.

Thanks ...:blsmoke:

Kindly shut the fuck up. lol.
I used adjectives to describe a white man that is old, and white.
I hate you typical senile ass, crazy, old white guys who think you have the world figured out. LMAO
You wouldn't be the first snot-nosed, wet-behind-the-ears punk who has been fooled by white hair and a few wrinkles, junior.

Now show some respect for your elders before Med and I take you out to the woodshed and make a believer out of your punk ass. :blsmoke:

is mccain a racist??? does a bear shit in the woods??? just look at his fight in arizona, to keep dr. martin luther king day, from being a holiday. hell yes, he's a racist!!!
One reason listed for voting against the holiday was money. It would be another paid holiday for government workers.

Ron Paul voted against a medal for Rosa Parks. Does that make him racist?

Yes I think that is good, the holiday (Paid). Do you know that we are the only 1st world country that doesnt insist on workers taking paid holidays. In Europe the average is 1 month. The corporations in America would have a heart attack if that was the norm. We, (The corporations) keep us confined to the work space way too much for way too little pay and then start looking for some third world countries to move to, to rape employees even more. When will the ruling class have enough goddamn money???

Just as I thought! Your support (in this thread) of O'Bama has no depth and you've been sucked in by his clever hyped up promotion. Therefore, you are just like your candidate of choice ... an empty suit. :blsmoke:

And by the way, if you aren't supporting O'Bama ... who are you supporting?

He voted against spending taxpayer funds on it. That doesn't mean that he has a problem with paying tribute to someone like Rosa Parks (I was going to shorten her to RP, but then realized...).

The Washington Post said:
Paul, 70, has earned the nickname Dr. No for his habit of voting against just about anything that he sees as government overreach or that interferes with the free market. No to the Iraq war. No to a federal ban on same-sex marriage. No to a congressional gold medal for Pope John Paul II and Ronald Reagan and Rosa Parks. He says the medals are an unconstitutional use of taxpayer money and once suggested each House member instead contribute 100 bucks from his or her own pocket.

On his campaign bus recently, Sen. John McCain told reporters, "I hated the gooks. I will hate them as long as I live." Although McCain said he was referring only to his prison guards, there are many reasons why his use of the word "gook" is offensive and alarming. It is offensive because by using a racial epithet that has historically been used to demean all Asians to describe his captors, McCain failed to make a distinction between his torturers and an entire racial group. It is alarming because a major candidate for president publicly used a racial epithet, refused to apologize for doing so and remains a legitimate contender.

John McCain's Racist Remark Very Troubling by Katie Hong

Many may not be aware that Senator John McCain voted against making Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Day a federal holiday in 1983. He later apologized for this vote and claimed it was a mistake. However, he has continued to associate himself with known racists.
McCain’s chief South Carolina Spokesman is Richard Quinn, founder and editor in chief of the magazine “Southern Heritage”. According to Salon.com:
Quinn’s articles have called Nelson Mandela a “terrorist” and King a man “whose role in history was to lead his people into a perpetual dependence on the welfare state, a terrible bondage of body and soul.” In another piece, Quinn said of former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke, “What better way to reject politics as usual than to elect a maverick like David Duke?”…
Why does John McCain continue to employ Richard Quinn as a spokesman? While he himself may disavow racism, paying a person like Quinn is a tacit approval of his beliefs.

This is kind of an old story, but anyone still up in the air on McCain ought to know about it. Seems McCain is raising money for George Wallace’s son (yes, that George Wallace). Well, Junior Wallace hasn’t exactly atoned for the sins of the father. Turns out he’s a close friend of the Council of Conservative Citizens. Here’s some info for the uninitiated. Basically, the CCC is the Klan without the bedsheets. So, why would McCain endorse and raise money for a white supremacist? Sounds like a good question for the next tour of the “Straight Talk Express”.

Wow! Interesting article, Med.

Of course, the military encourages these terms during time of war to dehumanize the enemy. The terms Gook and Slope Head were used for Koreans during the Korean War and in Vietnam. The terms "Jap" and "Jerry" were used durning WWII to describe the Japanese and the Germans. I mean, its a little easier to kill a "Gook," "Slope Head," "Jap" or "Jerry" instead of a human being, right?

But what do I know. As B. Hussien O'Bama would describe me ... I'm just "A Typical White Person." :blsmoke:

Your exactly right Vi,...... they call them Hajis in this present war. John Mccain is far from being racist.

Oh god we white males just have it so hard in this society
Not to pick on you natrone but actually white males do have it hard imo. Sure there are inequalities but look at the economy and tell me why its so good for white males?
I consider myself middle class. If I wave a magic wand and put every race on the same playing field as me it wont smell as bad for those minorites but it will still stink.
