Lol the fast furious thing was me trying to say that no matter what a president does they will be hated by someone. It was a horrible example as you made very clear but I'm not riding Obama's dick in any way. Do I like Bush? No. Doesn't make me a liberal. I like Bush about as much as I like Biden and Hilary: not at all.

I think the assumption of your liberalness was saying fast and furious was a Bush thing. The only place you get that info is from MSNBC, Huffpo and the like. THEN you have to believe that info and repeat it. It's the walks like a duck thing.

im not a huge bush booster either.

he did a lot of boneheaded shit, but he didnt pretend he only did it cuz clinton did it too, or that his own fuckups were clinton's fault.

the katrina fiasco was a fiasco, but bush didnt blame it on clinton's perfidy, despite clinton being the one who refused to allow the US Army corps of engineers to fix the levies when they said "shit's fucked up, yo! one big hurricane and new orleans is gonna be under water"

thats the difference between grownups and children.

ok read it ..it states that the Army Corp was faced with a lawsuit to not do the build without first doing an impact study. The lawsuit was settled in 1997 with the Corps agreeing to hold off on some work while doing an additional two-year environmental impact study. Two years would put it at 1999. Bush was elected for office 2000. Katrina happened in 2005. How the hell is that the fault of Clinton.

In 2003 the federal funding for the flood control project essentially dried up as it was drained into the Iraq war. In 2004, the Bush administration cut funding requested by the New Orleans district of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for holding back the waters of Lake Pontchartrain by more than 80 percent.

net result: levy failures.

bush didnt blame clinton, I blame clinton.

i also blame the epa, the sierra club, eco-loons in general, the COE, the courts and bush for the fuckup.

they ALL failed miserably, but clinton was the proximate cause.
