good point, i forgot to mention that and always usually try... i have heard that the home kits are a bit more strict, idk how true that is or w/e, jutst something i read, so you know how that goes..
but yeah, if in doubt, go to a drug store and pick up a few home ua kits, i think you can get a 2 or 3 test pack for strictly thc for around $10 or so.. take one, see how you do, and if need be, go back and study harder.. wait a few more days, take a second one and see if all the studying paid off or not..

I think you will be clean enough to pass in about 2 weeks. When I was a young, "svelt" manchild, I smoked about 1-2 a week like you and smoked a joint on the way to my PO, who pissed me, and I passed. It used to be you would get a 50 nanogram head start to rule out false positives. I believe it still apllies.

I heard Mr. Sunshine is a pretty good measurer. You have to pee on him, but word on the street is he's pretty accurate.

I have been listening to the Mentors and Extreme Elvis and Allen Wrench and reading this post, I am thinking she should use a wizzinator or whatever the fake dong with fake piss in it is called, sure they might disqualify her but if she could whip it out and have at it with a straight face and try to play it off the person watchings reaction would be great, who knows they might just stay speechless or even be really into it and let her slide

Hmm.. yes, forgot to consider the lovely 'fat layer' of my gender… but yes to all of the above, runner (sweat daily), boring low fat diet, check, so I am thinking a month will be fine. I will allow 2 months just to be sure.

A nanogram is how they measure the amount of the drugs in your body.

You should be good in 2 weeks hooka, I'm bigger then you and I can clean myself in 2 weeks easy. Done it many times :D

After 4yrs of being on paper you gotta learn ;)

I've passed no problem in a few days by drinking a ton of water and then using one of those flush systems from a head shop.

My gf however drinks the most amount of water I've ever seen- probably 1.5 gallons a day- and never passes her drug tests. She's missed out on several jobs because her urine is always too diluted to test. She smokes more than me, almost every day, but that much water in her system cleans her out pretty quickly too. Stay hydrated but not over hydrated, I suppose. Go figure.

Also- don't worry about the hair thing too much. Most companies don't want to pay more than they have to to drug test candidates, and since the norm is a urine test, it tends to be the cheapest option.

you have to tip the bottle up and empty about a 1/4 of it into your 'gina, about an hour before you test....and post pics of you doing it :-)

really though, I think the guy in the other said he was drinking a shot glass full in the AM and PM, but I would bet as long as you are no longer smoking, mixing a couple tablespoons into 8 ozs of water day and night should do it...

I think it tastes good, thats why I recommended that one, Heinz or any other brand is pretty much white vinegar colored up to look like ACV imo.

Nanogram: 1 X 10 -9 grams or 1/billionth of a gram

Glad you're feeling better. Tell your gf there is such a thing as too much water, and 1.5g a day is it. She is also stripping herself of minerals her body needs. She should get a blood test to see if she's deficient. Maybe you can find a two fer one special.
