I said favorite strains of all time, obviously more current lists are going to have more current strains and we can sit here and cherry pick different lists all day but in general blue dream is always going to be above any cookies strain in general global popularity and that’s just a fact idk what anybody saysIt's not a fact at all, that's only your opinion. In fact Blue Dream doesn't even appear on High Times list of the top 25 best strains of all time, but GSC does. Fact. There are a ton of great strains that have come from breeding with cookies lineage, but pretty much no famous strains with Blue Dream lineage. Fact. The original Blueberry from the 90's is what people really want.

But once again I will repeat that’s not the point at all so why are you so focused on blue dream since it’s interchangeable in this situation and yes I already stated it was a personal preference so your just repeating things I have already stated at this point. Now I understand most of you smoke like one hit of a cart and get wrecked but some of us big boys use 1000 mg per dose minimum multiple times per day both eaten and dabbed, and strains like blue dream blow any cookies out of the water. If your a recreational user, sure cookies is fun because it’s something new, but it’s seriously lacking as a medicine of and kind whatsoever and it always has, it has a short, sedating, nothing special about it type high that I have never thought was special, it doesn’t make my head tingle, it doesn’t make my body tingle, it’s just meh. Why would you breed that crap into anything other than your chasing a bag? Let’s get back to the medicine and stop chasing bags. You mention you only grow certain strains because they might yield more than another and that tells me your chasing a bag and probably don’t even smoke which is actually more common than not.

I hope you don’t live in Cali because that makes no sense, your way better off buying rso or feco and eating that, The edible game has been ruined ever since they made it 20 bucks per 100 mg, it used to be 20 bucks for 1000 mg back before the new laws and it’s a real shame honestly. So please don’t waste your money on any edible other than rso or feco which is around 30 bucks per 1000mg still pricey but better then 120 dollars per 1000 mg edible

I'm in Michigan, there's a caregiver farmers market I'm a member of I find all my weed there, great prices and amazing quality.
There's a certain edible I buy, WYLD gummies, they press their own fruit, very tasty and gets you pretty toasted. Carts are tested so I go there for those. Although, there is a lady at the weed farmers market that has some amazing RSO brownies, always stock up on those.

I'd never even been to a dispensary before 2022. Weed was legalized here in AZ ion 2020, then shortly thereafter in NM also. Nearest dispensary in about 50 miles away, in Gallup, NM, so I decided to give commercial weed a try just for a change from what I was already growing. The few times I even bothered to buy it legally were always huge disappointments. $40-$50 an 8th for shit that you literally have to cram your nose in the bag to even get the slightest hint of an odor. It even had basically no taste when smoking it. Even being an entirely mediocre grower, I'd happily put my mids up against the garbage those places are shoveling. The shit generally *looked* pretty decent, but that's about as much good as I can say about it. Amazes me that people keep lining up to buy the shit. For $50/8th, I expect to have my world pretty much rocked, but there wasn't even much of any noticeable buzz to any of the stuff I bought. What a fuckin' rip-off.

Cookies is new? That's a laugh. I grew cookies over a decade ago, it isn't new. Sounds like you had some crappy cookies, likely poorly grown. You did say it hermed on you a lot, which it never did for me. No I didn't say that I "only grow certain strains because they might yield more than another". What I said was that cookies is a low yielding strain so I stopped growing it. If I was going for yield only I'd still be growing blue dream, because that's what it's good for, yield. I'm not a lightweight either. I pretty much only smoke joints, and roll an average of a half dozen fat joints a day. It's cute that you think you have me all figured out, but have been completely wrong at each and every turn. You should also keep in mind that different strains affect different people differently.

Honestly it's probably because cookies strains have more pretty colors and (supposedly) dessert-type smells and flavors (supposedly because I've never tried them personally). At least where I'm at, you don't get to sample strains before you buy them at the dispo, so looks and smell are pretty much all the consumer has to go by, and cookies does pretty well in those departments.
And most people still get high from cookies strains and crosses. They have THC, I'm sorry if your tolerance is just too high...

Yeah I don't know what these people are getting to say it all sucks. But dispensary weed here in Oregon and Washington is pretty damn good. And cheap. I don't buy it but I know lots that do and try it from time to time.Sucks to be yall

With all of the rules and regulations governing dispensaries, I would say that they are all corporate, if not directly then indirectly through those who pilfer the profits from the tax pot.

There's good and bad dispensaries. And as far as the BD GSC thing, I'd choose GSC over BD any day.
