I had rattlesnake chili at a chili cook off and surprisingly it was good!

I had a Thai girlfriend once bring that squid jerky into my house, then she proceeded to microwave it in an attempt to “crisp” it up.

Couldn’t get rid of the smell, had to remodel the entire floor that the kitchen is on

We were stationed there for two years and the Mrs. had some locals working for her doing lawns on base. It was one of the crew's mom that made it. Anytime you went to a Fiesta you HAD to take a plate of food home with you, just how they did things.

There’s a Japanese grocery store out here that sells fresh imported Japanese wasabi root...only $220 a lb

You should try bashimi (horse thinly sliced and raw) it is so good, meat of the gods.
