Current grow is going along alright so far. Mephistos gear is presenting as advertised. 3BOG is supposed to be short and stocky. Well, she aint but 18" tall and started flowering after 12 days. Shes looking like what i pictured a kush plant. The big GSC auto had a Ca deficency but transplanting seems to have fixed it. I havent had to use anything but tapwater so far and I dont even ph it. When I start adding nutes ill tighten up but rt. now not alot to do. A little lst goes a long way on these. Hope yalls grows are going well!

I’ve got the S15-10000, with the adjustable spectrum, 15 settings,6 veg,6 flower and 3 TRI (for extra trichome production). Was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to best utilize these features? And any information on the features? Or where to find more info online, i’ve had no luck looking so far. I get the gist of it but would love more information and details. Thanks

I have the baby version of this, if you play with the spectrum, it gets progressively warmer as you move towards bloom. I honestly love these lights.

I found this from the amazon site. No idea what's the difference between TRI1, TR2, and TRI3.

Apparently, the S3000 is no longer available so i found another SZHLUX light. PTA4000. Its got Samsung diodes and is 29" x 24" so should handle 4 autos no problem. $30 off coupon made it $159. Had enough left for a 4lb bag of Dr Earth dry bloom amendments and change to spare. If anybody has ever used one of these lemme know your thoughts. I had to do something. Im tired of light burn on my top cola and no penetration to the lowers. I will let yall know how it works out.

Looks great. It looks like the "400w" might be under the 12-14 hour "All lights on" dimmer mode and other modes use different wattages.

Yeah its got some features that either are going to be great or a pain in the ass. Hell, if I dont like it i can send it back. It looks pretty close physically to the Updayday lights and everybody likes those. I just cant see spending upwards of 3-5 bills on a big brand for the same wattage and size my cheap ass can get for $159. I had good luck out of the cheap ole Bloomspects but I have outgrown them. I love weed too much. I need more! I do need to run it with a meter and check out the actual watts on the different settings.

I tried the Szhlux light first. Mine was missing the temperature sensor so it pretty much had to be sent back. I’ll say this, the updayday lights seem better built. That being said, $159 for the Szhlux makes it hard to ignore. I had the Szhlux up for about a week and it did well-I just could not program it.

I definately wanted the Updayday but my cash limit was $225 max. I saw that Amazon only had 7 s3000 left last week so I was a little worried that even if i got one, if there were any problems i wouldnt be able to get a replacement. Not crazy about the programming. It has a 16 hour setting but no 18hr. At least it has enough wattage that i can run photos again. My GSC's are getting big. It was gonna be a struggle keeping up very soon. The other lights in that price range were Aglex and Sonlipo and both were 240 watts. For 160 bucks you know theres gonna be compromises but im willing to try. Another upside is i saved enough to place a small bean order.

The Szhlux seems to be a solid light. It went together super easy and i like the different dimmer settings and timer. No clock so i guess you just have to figure whatever time you plug it up as 12 oclock. Im just running timer off and will do it manually with the autos. Its really bright. Coverage is perfect for 4 decent autos. Im really glad i went 400w though as i dont think 300 would have done it without supplementing. This one weighs 13 pounds vs. 8 for the old version of this light. It feels sturdy and rigid so maybe they reinforced it better. Only time will tell but unless it gives me trouble im pretty pleased.
