Yea I'm trying not to buy anything else unless you want to buy a portable AC ??!:-D....I could probably make a DWC cloner with the shit i already have.... I'm going to try it like this I figure I'll take 3 times what I need and hope some survive....I soaked the rockWool in 5.5 ph water dipped the ends in rooting gel and rolled it in some great white....either roots or mold somethings gonna grow!
I'm sure ole @Sleez has a perfect way to clone super-thin plants...x46

Take no offense @hydroScript.js but if you have access to new, healthy clones or quality fem seeds I would scrap it and start over. You really would not be all that far behind all things considered. Take the advice of @Rurumo or even just get some dry all-purpose and bloom ferts and top-dress. You will enjoy the whole experience of growing your own alot more.
I'd start over and keep it simple from the start. Don't do anything "advanced" your first run, grow them in high quality potting soil or promix, use an accurate tds and ph meter, and feed them Maxibloom. Start at 2-300 ppm, up to 500 ppm by the end of veg, then up to 700 ppm by mid bloom. Water to plenty of runoff. That's it.

i don't i'd have to make clones off of my plants which I plan to do....I'm going to flower what I have and on the next grow start a new thread with suggestions from all of you from day 1...Where I'm from clones are 200 a pop....fem seeds are 50.... I'm in the most expensive metro area period...
hint it's not a state....

If you are already in flower you can just lay it directly on the plant. Spread it out as much as possible

so I have it like this.... is this correct? and should I clean out the undergrowth? or is my plant the right height that I shouldn't worry about it? I won't be able to get to my back to plants after maybe today or tomorrow? Part of me just wants to let it go, I've done enough to my babies and part of me says well....I'm just curious what your opinion is, you've given solid advice so far, lmk

Can I ask you an honest question? What do you think will produce more bud a plant with a tall cola where most of the plant is several feet from the light...OR....bushy plants where ALL of the flowers are even length and receive the same amount of light? I say that because....It seems like a waste of veg time to let a plant grow SOOO tall then shave off the bottom 2 feet of the plant. I didn't want my plants to be styled like that, I made a choice to Bonzi da fawk out of my grow.... I maximized my available space and now I have a sativa that has an even canopy to my indica's. Are you honestly telling me this plant would be better off allowed to just grow vertically??

Sometimes even with the best laid plans of mice and men we end up with tall plants. I had 2 plants from seed. Same nutes same light. 1 plant is 1.5 feet above the pot. The other is 4 feet above the pot and is taller than me(im 6,1"...plant is raised off ground).

After you finish a grow, start to finish, you have a much better idea how the bud structure grows and then you have a better idea how to maximize your space.

As far as defoliation is concerned this is how i see how it works.

Every day the plant grows by say a factor of .1

So every day it grows (area of leafs) x .1
And so on and so on

So when the plant is much bigger that times .1 adds a lot more size.

When you chop the leafs off you reduce the surface area of the plant and thus reduce over all growth.

So there are pros and cons. There is a happy middle ground somewhere.

You want to maximize growth, space use, and also time. Govt weed here is expensive so I don't want to run out before the next harvest is dried AND cured.
