Can you show me where in the constitution the sole power to rule on what is and isn't constitutional resides in the hands of "the court" ?
Also can you show me where in the constitution anybody signed it, as in granting power to people to exercise over other people ?

I don't believe in nation states held together by force, so it follows I don't give a fuck about "national borders". That's a divisive game to keep slaves rooting for their teams and their leaders while elites transfer wealth and consolidate power. Also Bernie Sanders is a blood thirsty thug.

You think you can tell if somebody is lying just by looking at their face? Fairly subjective criteria.
I'm not dismissing what you want, just saying that two people can come up with completely different opinions based upon that method. Your opinion doesn't rate taking away somebody's right to serve in Congress if they win an election.
That's the point. If somebody campaigns wearing a burka and wins that election fair and square then it's the will of the people in their district that they represent them. Your beliefs are not important in that regard.
We are arguing about opinion and not fact. No point in continuing.

Your belief that you can tell if a person is lying by looking into their face is your opinion. Hardly indisputable fact.
Not going to argue your opinion. Just saying your opinion is pretty much worthless if that's what you believe. If the voters of a district voted for her and her ID is validated, in my opinion, there is no reason to demand she show her face.
We are arguing opinion, not fact. No reason to go further with this.

We are talking about an elected official. In most cases, their votes are recorded by name except in a voice vote, which doesn't keep track of who voted for who. The public will not know regardless of a burqa.
I thought you wanted to see her face so you could tell if she were lying. I doubt you could but I don't dispute that you want to see a lawmaker's face when they vote. I simply dispute that it's a good reason.
It's my opinion that there is nothing wrong with wearing a burqa and a lawmaker's ID need only be verified when they enter the chamber. I think that what a person wears is pretty much up to them and don't think seeing their face when they vote matters all that much. My reason is as subjective as yours. If it makes you feel any better, I'm most likely in the minority in my opinion.
