Nope but I'm a quick study.
I operate an excavator on a drilling rig.
I literally sit here for 12 hours a day researching everything you guys have done and said on the subject of quantum board and everything else weed related as well as grow journals, diaries ,bibles etc.

I drive a denali..own a house. Rock 15 grand in cuban links and diamond rings. I have a 10 thousand dollar home theater system. A 14 thousand dollar.truck systems. I have no schooling past grade 12. I have a wife who doesnt work. And a son who's 2 years old and bright as a fucking button.

Has anyone even needed KingBrite customer service? What was the issue? How was it resolved? They are always super fast to respond. I lost my email with my tracking number and sent a request for them to send it to me. Didn’t think I was going to hear back for a few days and I got a response in minutes. Spent 4500CAD on "Chinese Garbage". Would have cost me 7000CAD for that wattage from HLG.

You can bash our company all you like. Doesn't mean you have the faintest idea of reality. We produce here in the US and pay 75% higher than the prevailing wage in our area. We use aluminium from American foundries to further help create and keeps good paying jobs in America. (Which costs us more.) We pay an effective tax rate of 35+%. The chinese pay no tax on goods sold. On top of that their government subsidizes electronic manufacturers up to 20% on total sale . So yeah they can sell it cheaper than I can. They can pay $2.00 an hour and produce it cheaper than I can. I doubt any of you would be happy with that wage but are happy to reap the rewards of such slave labor.

Go ahead and chastise HLG for doing what we consider the right thing. Sometimes doing the right thing is not easy but it doesn't change the fact that it is the right thing to do......
