Just got this kingbrite strips for 5x5

they are just showing different units of light measurements lm/w vs umol/j and ppf vs luminous flux. Which is where all the confusion has come from I think, very clever marketing.

Because they are marketed to different markets horticulture(ppf, umol/j) vs home or whatever (lm/w, luminous flux) the data reflects that. If you did the math to convert one to the other it'd be about the same. I believe the data sheets show they are identical looking at spectrum, drive current etc.
