Because the stomatas are primarily on the underside of the leaves, the key is to splooge the bottom of the leaves. Since you don't want to tip your plant upside down the most effective method is to sit down with your legs straddling the pot, do your business and aim upwards. If you do a nice sweeping motion and time it out right you can cover quite a few leaves each session. You can do a whole plant in a day but by then you'll be shooting blanks and have to wait at least several hours or even up to an entire day to build up some more ammo. Good luck. Oh and don't forget to mix in a surfactant too. Downing an entire bottle of bleach should suffice.

As you can see below, it's quite suitable for feeding the microbes too and I really think all organic growers should use this method. Some of 'm are jerk offs already so should be easy to produce plenty.

Thanks. I really don't want to bait anyone into an argument over the best way to do this, but I've been a master of this technique since way before I considered growing.
