Yeah but DIY is much better. So you get more. My DIY was 16 CXB 3590 from timber and is awesome as it should be. Covers a 5x5[/QUOTE

if you bought a kit then you only get 50% rep when you yield could prove costly to your lvling up playing "grow g`s big grow game" lol

I'm just speaking of how amare is way overpriced average lighting.

@Hybridway thanks for finally recommending something finally lol.

@CobKits what led's are you aware of that top 75% of the wattage of HPS as per your previous post?, I also do not have a predefined budget as long as the light outperforms the HPS by considerable margin I am willing to buy it.
My only advice to you whatever you decide to use to replace a Gavita is to buy or build one first. Whatever you decide. I'd try 2 or 3 of your favorite possible decisions. Then try them out side by side against your Gavita to see if you're happy before all this 50 light replacement action takes place.
That's what o did before going all in. Glad I did too cuz some of my lights rocked the other ones with a substantial increase in yield. In a 4'x4' my Amare yielded 3x my other light of comparable cost.
That's 100's of thousands $ over the course of 2 yrs if they were in my larger room.
Just try what you like before you go all in.
BTW, the Pro-9 would come with quantity discount pricing. Prolly right off the rip if you talked to the owner n told him your future intentions.
Good luck!
Beware of advice from guys who've never grown under HPS or other LEDs aside from their DIY builds. Guys tend to build a light for their lil tent n think they know everything. No offense to those who don't act that way.

Lol! Anything but average & less $ then if you attempted to DIY. What a joker you are.

Haha! I knew that would entice a riot! Lol!
DIY is great. But I don't agree it's better then a good solid pre-built. Especially if you're trying to get a room up n going.
you gotta tell your boy to fix his damn website.i bet he's missed thousands of dollars in sales by this snafu

If you're looking to replace a 1000-1200w DE, the Amare Pro-9 would be your best bet. Comes with an in-line cooling option too.
It actually exceeds a Gavita DE. That would be the most efficient & effective led replacement for a DE Gavita. It's made specifically for commercial applications.
I'll read back to see what's going on here later. But check into it. I can pretty much guarantee you that's the best led DE replacement you'll find.
Good luck!
Read back. Seems nobody actually recommended anything. Check out the Pro-9. Plenty of documented grows, 5 yr Warrenty, good pricing & honest company who's owner is a grower too & built his lights specifically for MJ! Can't beat it!
Check out my journals if you wanna see some Other of their models in action. They rock!
Was checking if someone said Pro9IC. Might save some electricity on cooling too...
