The moon is self illuminant.
(Facepalm)The moon is self illuminant.
Please don't pervert the argument relating to cannabis/moon as being an effort to discredit science which was not the intent.
Doctors and educated folk were appealed to; The head of the FDA has a PHD yet still cannabis is classified as having no science based medicinal benefit. Conspiracy?
What is CBD's classification? The FDA doesn’t decide the classification for whether drugs are illegal or not. The DEA does.
And they have known about cbd at least for years. The government holds patents on it and how to extract it.
What is CBD's classification?
I'd say you're half right on the first part but you said "doesn't"
I'll answer the question and clarify..What are you talking about? Cbd is known not to be psychoactive and thc is known to be psychoactive there is no conspiracy over that.
Psychoactive substances tend to be regulated. Right or wrong and usually for money reasons not our safety.
I'll answer the question and clarify..
CBD is schedule 1 as are all extracts as far as I'm aware, and the FDA is involved in determining what drugs are classified and their classification.
What do you think about these classifications? Was it stupid people with no degrees or PHDs and scientists that led to the current classifications?
Anyways, this tangent is getting very far from my point of "sometimes doctors are not always right" stemming from the call to authority with the suggesting that only stupid people support conspiracies where we have a prime example of PHDs participating in one.
His info is wrong. I corrected it above.MMG you are no match for bruh he ripped you a new one. Bruh is a district attorney friend of mine LOLZ How you like me now?
There are well documented cases currently going on regarding this.I didn’t make the statement about how smart people who believe conspiracies are.
And you are completely off with your entire premise is why I keep challenging you.
Cbd oil is available online and in health stores. It is not classified as schedule 1. Thc is.
And here is who and how drugs are scheduled.

So no. I do not agree with either premise you have stated. Try using facts if you want to debate.

If you didn't make the statement, why are you replying, let the parties that made the statement stand behind their position you need not go out of your way to state you didn't state something.
I'm not sure you are even sure of what it is I'm implying.... can you state it clearly?I’m replying because I am taking part in a discussion in an open forum.
The appeal you linked is about rescheduling not what you are implying. And the dea relies on drug busts to stay in business. That is all it is about.
I'm not sure you are even sure of what it is I'm implying.... can you state it clearly?
You see no implication over the DEA's position as it relates to extracts containing one or more cannabinoids?
