Jc3 Jackson...

My resolution was simple, check the guys paperwork out, call his MO number. hell, do anything other then offer up the no hard card no entry. did anyone ask about contacting the dude's doc at his request? My solution to the original problem was do something other then the nothing they did. take his shit, make a copy and get his contact info. run a check when you got time and if he checks out (call on the MO later and update his status with the club) let hime know. I mean turning a dude away who is a member previous curent or in limbo is shaky. don't fold up on people because the cops are being dicks and stoner kids try and copy paperwork. think what you want about me I'm not all gloom and doom negativity. I gave answers and pointed out what I thought was some hyprocracy. We're all criminals technically so this kind of uppity attitude at clubs pisses me off.

woodsmantoker, do you realize that you just told all of us that we don't get it, but you do. I agree with all your other posts and I don't know this dude, I do understand business and the streets both, this wasn't right in my opinion. No biggie for me, I asked a few questions and when I hear of positive plans I go there and support them. I don't attack people, or intentionally talk shit. I just simply don't agree with this one places operational procedures, I am sure Roger doesn't care what some dude in the UP thinks.

Either his membership means something or it's a fraud scam. This isn't even close to a sam's club let me explain that also, and to compare them is the same as this guy sendong out statements for environmental fees, tax fees and all the other bullshit SCAMS that membership places offer. This guy has already been checked out, and made a member, NO LAPSE EVER IN BEING LEGAL. You keep trying to make it something it isn't. It sounds like Roger has helped enough people to have room to tell a few to go get fucked. That's what this place clearly did to the OP.
My proof. I am willing to bet that when the OP did in fact find another place that lives my the same laws, when they seved him meds and he was smoking that first joint or bowl he was wasting that buzz bitching about JC3. Shame on them. Hopefully Roger reviews his policy or lets his members know who he does want to help and who he doesn't.

Woodsman- I don't agree with everything you say but appreciate your intentions. I understand things like this happen, but I was just a bit shocked at his explanation for denying me entry. I'm sure you would be upset if the same thing happened to you. I'm not sure I would feel comfortable ever going there again, as I really wasn't looking forward to it in the first place.

Let me put it this way. "Prison City" (Jackson) has the most cannabis business in all of the state per captia, "go figure". Rodger Maufort had the most political pull out of all business owners "persay". Here is how I would view legit.
You are a patient and/or caregiver. You know people. You have opinions on what you believe is right and wrong.
You viewed JC3 and/or Rodger as being decent to the people they come into contact with. You must have felt they were legit.
It sounds like Rodger did some shit to make you reconsider his status as being legit.
Then once you realized he wasnt', you came here and posted that you found out Rodger wasn't legit after all.
Once you found out you were wrong for supporting him, you let everyone know, making you legit.

Glad, I wish you were located a little more central to the state. You shoot straight. You say what you mean. You don't bullshit people...unless its a bullshit session of course, then you're tops in that catagory too! You are just the type of cat I want to be involved with when I go to these farm markets and compassion clubs and most of the time they sound like a duck and they walk like a duck but they just aren't quiet ducks and I can't put my finger on it til someone like woodsman points it out. medicated acres is going to do VERY well with you at the helm and I hope you don't stop there and move some locales to the other side of the bridge for us homebodies and non-travelers. The market is hungry, no starving- for a guy like you to take the reins and give all us followers and soldiers a leader and a general to work for. The passionate people who want to help (and excuse me here but it's michigan and the auto industry died on us) and make a little scratch for ourselves are stuck with people who aren't who they say and not doing what we see as right. we can have clubs and markets and dare I say dispensaries as well if good people are running them. That is the IF of a lifetime.
