Put sativa 1 and 2 into jars.
Sativa 1, between 1/2 and 3/4 and oz, approx 16-17 grams.
Sativa 2, just under 1/2 oz, approx 12grams.
Prob a lot of that is seed. Buds on these plants were super fluffy and airy, and no resin what so ever, not sticky at all.
I have harvested half my plants (3) and so far we are looking at approximatly 41grams so far.

Okay so Indica 1 has been about 3 days in its jar with boveda. The first 24 hours saw 68 percent on the hygrometer. Ive been burping for about 5-6 hours a day and we are now at 63% Still has a bit of hay smell, now gonna leave it for 4 or 5 days and check back.
Sativa 1 had the hygro and after a single day was down to 64%. burped for 5 hours today and rejarred. Will check in 4 or 5 days. Hay smell really strong on these.

So last night i found some bud rot on indica 2 and decided to harvest her. Glad I did too, for a couple of reasons but first:
If you have a dead or dying leaf on your bud, get rid of it. I left it there and lost probably about 2-3 grams. No to mention about 5 grams of the top i cut off to cut the rot out that i quickdried.
And man, i just smoked it. Wow. Great stuff and unless my mind is playing tricks on me i had this very subtle but distinct tast of baseball pack gum. Hopefully that will get stronger with a proper cure.
Hermie weed is sitting in the jar at exactly 62%. Smoked a little yesterday and the taste is getting better, but the high isnt.

Damn DB that sucks. I like to defoliate the girls alot anyway, so when I see a leaf start to go yellow or brown it's gone as soon as I see it. It is good to remove damaged or dying leaves anyway as they are no longer contributing to the growing process but rather the reverse and hurting it. Love the sweet gum tasting strains, this NL x Skunk I have growing right now is really sweet smelling hoping it has that gum taste. Sounds like the Indica 1 is going to be nice and set for your vacation too! ATB man

So yeah, after bud rot removal and chopping about 5-7 grams off the top, i got about 7 grams from the bud rotted plant. I have Sativa 1 drying and the last indica plant is being chopped later today. So far the grow has netted about 51grams. The whole grow is probably going to be in the 70 gram range once everything is dried and cured, at 300 watts thats about 1/4 gram per watt? lol. Im pretty happy with an average of 1/2 ounce or so a plant however. Once i get my perpetual going it will be in 1 gallon hempys, so im hoping to double that.
The 4 clones off the indica plants that are in flower are only about a foot to 15 inches tall, and flowering like a mf. Showing signs of stress and deficiency, i hope i can keep em going for all 8 weeks.
The monster LST is just that, a leafy stemmy crazy plant. its looking like there will be about 6 main tops, so i hope to get another 3oz off it.

Forgot to mention, so far I have collected a few seeds!!! The white label (and sativa hermie) genetics live on!
Indica #2 has been a bounty of seeds. They are top notch looking too, great size, rock solid, nice tiger striping. Lemme tell you, 1000 times better looking then the white label seeds that were shipped to me. We even got a bean off of a test of Indica 1 we smoked. Lemme tell you, never been so happy to find seeds in weed!

So i put in the order and my Jacks 2 part hydro is on the way. So i dont need to worry about crap during vacation week, I am going to wait until next week to take 4-6 clones. of these ill select the 2 best and throw em into 1 gallon hempy buckets.
We had a minor emergency that cost us a ton of cash, and the weed from this harvest has been a life saver. Little bit of the hermie weed streches the really good weed quite a ways
Indica 2 is gone, working on sativa 3 now. The last indica is going from dry box to jar today. Thats a complete grow folks!

someone asked me in an PM about the stats on my grows... figured i would put it up here as ive been using it as a general notebook:
1st grow was 6 plants in 2liter containers, 12 24 watt cfls. Things got messy, major Ca def. that i misdiagnosed as Mgand treated with epsomsalts which just made things worse. Harvested early and got about 1oz of smoke that was heady but not much else.
2nd grow just finished. 6 plants in 3/4 gallon containers. veged under 8 24watt cfls in a wardrobe box then flowered under 2 150watt hydrofarm sunburst hps. bout 1/2oz a plant, which most folks around here would call pathetic but im pretty happy with.
3rd grow underway, 4 mutant dwarf clones of indica plants in 3/4 gallon containers (i fucked up) and 1 monster lst clone of my sativa that has got like 10 heads right now and just put into flower. I also made a mother out of an idica clone, and i wrapp that up as third grow too. The mommy is real nice.
4th grow Ive germed up 4 bagseed that i call JB. I trained 3 to be mothers, 1 wasnt strong enough for training so i threw it into flower. Its male, ill be collecting the pollen soon. JB #3 is so weak im going to cull it, #1 and #2 are taking to training and ill pull 2 clones off them next week, as well as 2 clones from the indica mommy for
my 5th grow, 6 clones in 1gallon perlite/vermiculite hempy buckets using jacks hydroponic 2 part by JR Peters labs.

Total for my last plant was 7 grams. Told ya it was all leaf lol. Anyway, total for grow 2 is about 58grams.

Alright here we GO! Just took 4 cuttings off the Mommy-I, if all goes as planned they should go into 5quart hempy's with 50/50 perlite/vermiculite in 10-14 days. From this point on I will be cutting 4 clones every friday to try and get 2 to toss into hempys.
Once they spend a few days in the buckets under 12/12 and im sure they wont die, ill start a new thread.

Okay quick update. 3/4 Mutant clones harvested and hanging dry, last one looks like it still needs to swell. Frosty big swolen nugs, but probably not a lot of weight. Big ass lst plant flowering and looking good, and now has the two 150s to itself for at least a week to a week and a half i am guessing. I am also guessing its got about 8-9 weeks to go.
The first set of 4 clones i cut about 2 weeks ago im guessing is almost ready, probably another day or so. 1 Root showing on 1, im going to plant the first two that show roots in hempys and toss the rest. These clones where on a known indica mother.
I have 4 clones off JB #2 that were cut last week and 4 off jb #1 that i just cut today.
On my way! Once i plant the first 2 in hempys im starting a new thread for the grow.

Great job so far mate. Keep it up. How are you liking the vermiculite mix? I personally hated the verm and went to 100% perlite after my 1st grow. The verm just seemed to hold way too much water and became somewhat mushy. I believe that 50/50 mix was maybe too much though and a 20/80 mix would have worked better.

It does feel a bit like wet sand for sure. I was basing this grow on a SOG i saw run with 50/50, but he grows in coco now. I am hoping it doesnt hold too much water, but what i like about it is that it will wic up water from the res if the top is getting too dry.
Did you notice a different in the plants when you swapped?
