I'm new so don't take what I'm about to say as anything other than my experience. I'm growing in living soil, what I did was when I prepped my pot (5 gal) after filling I made a hole inserted a solo cup then removed the cup filled that hole with my base soil and planted my seed. Imo she has done well even with my mistakes, going to be harvesting in a week or two.

Think I've done okay, this was her on the 2nd of Feb.
Your plant is 4+ weeks away from being ripe

Let’s just make it to your first harvest before you start to gloat eh?
I was hoping for an ounce maybe 2 if lucky my first grow, will definitely have that, not gloating just saying I'm glad I listened about lst

If you’re in a wheelchair with a mangled right arm. Sometimes you have to adapt.
I wasn't referring to you, you weren't quoted.

You'll find that lots of people very successfully up-pot autoflowers around here and elsewhere. Lots and lots of 'solo cups' full of autos.
And the majority of the autos started in solo cups, stay in solo cups. I see a couple people choose to gloss over the words "typically" and "generally"

What are you currently using to water? Sounds like the ol' watering can method isn't functional for you. Even with smaller plants (mine are all 32" or less) when I water I pull 'em out of the tent and put them on a table so I don't have to bend over to inspect, snip or water.
