Idk I’m not a professional.

Just sounded funny (see lol) I have only medical around and it’s always “flower”. Never bud or weed.

Elementary school was about 50 years ago and I have no idea.

No, there are indeed 'male flowers' in the world, though many of what we usually see as flowers have both male and female parts in the same flower body.
