They mentioned they busted some dispensaries in this case right? but obviously this was not a strict medical only operation. Once you cross that line of mass non medical supply you put a target for the feds on yourself. That guy who got busted down by Toledo/ Michigan border with his hoop houses had more then 99 plants on their property. The press didnt have an issue saying medical marijuana in regards to that. Secondly those 99+ plants is just another way to get a target on your back.


Worst comes to worst you want to disregard the possession and cultivation charges you still have the tax evasion cause you know those couple of hundred G's the cop found weren't going to be accounted for tax wise. This group of people fucked themselves over several times into a cocoon of fuck waiting for the feds to swoop in like a hungry predator.
