Help for 50 Sq meter Grow room setup

Hi everyone
We are going to start a project that we've never done before in the matter of size so we need help and ideas to get the best result.
The growing room is going to be 50 sq meter (5 x 10 ) and our electricity supply is 45 kwh 3 phase.We are going to use HPS but we can add MH if necessary. Here are the main questions:

1- Light whit what wattage is best for this area ?400 watt, 600 watt or 1000 watt ?
2- How much wattage for 1 sq meter and how many lights for whole area ?
3- What is the best strain for commercial purposes? ( critical kush from barneys farm is our choice )
4- How many plants should we have in 1 sq meter ? (we are thinking of 5 whit topping in week 3)
the project is in a country that there is no concern for electricity bill or helicopter with infra red cameras.
I will update this post from start of project to harvest and further questions will be posted .

4- How many plants should we have in 1 sq meter ? (we are thinking of 5 whit topping in week 3) A= 6 plants/m2

my grow room is 4 x 9 with a 9' ceiling. I have two 600watt lights, two fans to move air in the room, a 4" exhaust fan with a charcoal filter on a speed controller so its not so loud.I brought in a 60amp main panel to handle everything with ease. Five separate GFCI circuits in the room so I don't have any power issues. This is the first winter its been in operation. Couldn't keep the heat under control during the summer so I did an outdoor grow, which went very well. Now that its winter its not a problem to control the temperature. I raise ten plants. My medical card of six and my wifes an adult in Oregon so she gets her four. Ten total. My growing table is 2'x8', so I have a 2' isle to walk up and down in the room. nutrients and stuff is stored under the table. Its a lot like working in a spacecraft or a submarine I think. But it is performing spectacularly so far.

Maybe build a water tank 3 feet by 10 feet,so you keep a 2 foot walkway.
Now mount 3-600 watt double ended hps with hood(no ventilation needed here for the hood.
Mount a 2 ton heatpump(mini split)
drill 2 holes in the wall and mount air filters in the holes.
On the other end of the room,cut a 8" hole in the wall.
Put a flex pipe to the hole,the other end mounts to a 8" inline blower and a fitting to the floor mounted carbon filter.
mount some electrical power strips on the wooden tank support.
Also mound your PH and PPM meters on the rail.
Plant in hydroton rocks/1 gallon pots.
Plant count just depends how long you veg?

im doing a 4x8 foot tent with 4-600 watt hid straight across also doing SOG style fit as many plants as i can in there keep em short top once at 2nd week also have a 4x4 cloning tent for clones and mother plants so when 32 plants come out 32 go in same day ....so i can harvest 32 plant every 2 month and yes either critical kush by barney or cookie kush by barney...i also like lsd by barney i might mix em up good luck bro

really appreciate for helping and ideas.
The grow medium is soil and probably start flowering on day 45 or 50 depending on the growth rate and size.
It's going to be in the shed in the middle of nowhere so no need to use carbon filter but thanks for advice.
We will build a grow tent-like area of 50 meters under the shed and cover walls with mylar film however it's not easy to find it in our country and looking for an online store in Europe to buy. USA stores are not option for some reasons. So if you know one please let me know.
Humidity is under 30% all the time so we will use water cooler to increase humidity and decrease the temperature during veg. (25-30 Celsius, 50-60% RH)
Any idea about the cool air blower fan and exhaust fan size and power for a grow room this size?

Hey Mjoz I live in Italy just moved here from the USA IN April there are plenty of online shops like Amazon.it , www.idrogrow.com, coltivazioneindoor.it check them out they do COD too. It was much easier in the USA I use a 15 cm inline fan with carbon filter and my space is about 60 sq meters I have two of them one for each 4x4 tent.

Just curious....what are you doing to cool it?

I have a 5x9 that is 7 tall. 2x1000w in it. I have no probs with heat as the lights are air cooled and i use a window a/c...

Just curious how you cool...always looking for new ideas...

Btw GQ I changed plans I have 3 4x4 tent all with a 600 watt hps 2 in one room one in another bedroom also use a small pantry maybe 6x8 to vegg in.
