I dunno what its like where you are, but out here theres not much of a budget for small personal growers. Unless theres complaints from neighbors about odors or something like that then I dont think they will waste their time with you.

I had several licensed hand guns and Rifles, unfortunity I lost my "Right to bear arms" because of a trafficing charge in 2002. It was all bullshit any how, I didn't know that bringing 8 ounces of Coke across a State line was considered trafficing. Because I was in another state when I got pinched my gun license wasn't valid and I was charged with possesion of unlicensed firearm. It led to a search of my residence and Forfeiture of my Weapons. But, my point was, without the guns my lawyer thinks that I wouldn't have had to serve 3 years 4 months and 11 days in prison. I would have been more like 6-18month for just the drugs. I still keep a few guns around the house for protection. But at my buddys house where we grow we have resorted to using only one licensed shotgun. Just incase of robbers. (although I don't know who would want 4 plants)

No like I said before I'm not too concerned, I get on well with my neighbors and I have most of my security issues under control (not counting the split system air-con running 24/7, tropics...) but it was fun asking the question:lol:

I just had a look at you tent grow, very impressive. I reckon go the G13 for "the canadian dream" lol

Thanks, yeah thats the plan. Once we get the mortgage I want some good genetics and to start fresh. Its gonna be g-13 or some good Indica. People just love kush around here.

i know i was unclear with that. i changed it, sorry. it is more of a hand gun than a shotgun, double barrel, it was made like that, so no altering of weaponry. never shot, just for looks he said.

i never knew scanners were illegal, it makes sence but i have alot of people in my family that have them, from my 80 yo grandma to my 20yo uncle... is it a newer law?

It depends where you are. Check your local laws because in some places its totally legal.

in california, its compleatly legal to shoot an intruder on site if they even enter your house without permition... this may be outdated tho...

And whats the difference between using a gun or a baseball bat to defend your property? Both Can kill IF in the wrong hands.


Im not saying shoot someone when they walk in the door. Im also not saying sneak up behind a robber and shoot him. If someone is in your home then your life could be being threatened. Im also not saying to always shoot someone if they are in your home. If you confront the intruder, and he runs away, then your Obviously not going to shoot the guy.

What I am saying is if someone broke into your house, and you confront them and they dont run away, your life is then being threatened, you dont know what they will do next. Give them one firm warning, see how he reacts, if he doesnt take off or you still feel threatened, shoot the bastard in the leg.

Like I said before, depending on the circumstances, if you shoot someone that broke into your house, and they die, Your not going to get charged for murder. Unless you have a criminal record, you wont have a problem beating that in court.

What kind of jury in their right mind would convict someone of Murder for defending themselves or their family when someone broke into their house.

Having any kind of criminal record will screw you over though, if you have any record of previous violent crimes chances are you might get charged.

The fact is the intruder should not be there in the first place, if he gets shot its his dumbass fault for trying to rob you.

if anyone comes in my house, im not going to wait for them to pull something out, by then it could be too late, the thing is you never know what someone has, im either going to pull something on him, and if he doesnt do what the fuck i say and keeps on comin in, hes goin down. im not risking my or my womans life to wait to see what i can use against him. i have had people come in my house, and when you live in the meth capitol of the midwest its fucked up, of course hes fucked up as hell, my girl runs to the bathroom as i try to stop him, i had to sit there and reason with this fuckin twacked out old meth head for 2 hours with my girl in the bathroom the whole time. i had to talk to him about his life, from divorces to kids and how he cant see his 18yo daughter n e more..... he talked to me about the stars, astrology, religion, aliens, he told me how him and his ex were abducted by aliens, he talked about alot... and with little or no pauses in between, i had to smoke weed with him, because it was on the table and he wanted to, i smoked 3 bowls with the invader of my home, the person that had my gf locked in the bathroom scared shitless for over 2 hours, and the person that threatened me multiple times durring the 2 hours. he left thinking we were best friends, he told me that my neighbors ripped him off and he was going to break in all theyre windows, that was what he told me so i would have something on him if he turned me in for the weed......

i can say right now, if i had a gun, and pulled it on him right at the beginning,which i would have, loaded or not, i think my night would have went alot better.

and if and when i get a handgun for protection, i will always have at least the first round in it a blank.

Well, I can only REALLY speak for MY STATE.. I thought I made that clear..Where I live, its illegal.. TX and Cali are 2 states out of 50.. SO I guess I was wrong ( Sort of .. Even though I still dont know the actual laws governing those 2 states ) so ill be the big man and say I was wrong even though I obviously said that the laws differ from state to state..

Now can you jerks stop -repping me for no damn reason? I got like 4 just from this gay ass thread. Just for stating a fact.

Yeah the laws are different everywhere, but in the majority of places your allowed to protect your property. I live in Canada, Its legal here. I know I cant speak for all of USA, or the rest of the world, but in Canada and a lot of States, and a lot of other countries its perfectly legal to defend your property.
