But in other news, my gg4 is looking fucking amazing right now! Super happy with my new lights. My guess is I should pull right at or under 2 lb on a 4x4 scrog with her. Cant wait, been out if smoke for way too long.

Only issue I'm having with the grow, is finding a good type of glue or silicone that can help stop my grommets from leaking. So far everything I've tried has failed at one point or another. I'm currently using some gorilla hot glue, put on with a hot glue gun for those that dont know lol. I'm hoping this solves my problem. If not, I may go ahead and start converting the new ones to using a bulk head. And then adding a little extra sealant just for good measure!

Looks killer, green. Sorry to hear about that other shit. Sounds like your lawyer is on top of things though, best of luck.

You've probably tried it but what about aquarium cement? If yes, and it didnt work the only other product I can think of is 5200 marine adhesive. That shit is rugged as hell, and I know guys who use it on their lobster boats. You can put it on even when its raining and it will set up. The only thing is, it never really dries totally hard, but I dont think it would sluff off into your water if it came in contact. It's $20 a tube, you'll need a caulking gun, and it's really only 1 time use once you cut the tip off.

I have not tried it, I'll look into it, thank you. My main issue is that I don't just need waterproof, I need something that em1 wont eat through, as I've been learning that shit is like an acid when it comes to adhesives. Kinda incredible how it just completely dissipates everything, even any bacteria or molds, fungus you name it. I'm actually interested in trying to learn more about em1, that may be my next thing I try and get some research done on.

Well long story short I ain't got away that dam easy. Wife was charged, basically all the usual, manufacturing and dwelling, among others thankfully among many other holes in the case, the lawyer said thankfully it says right on the application for the search warrant she was no longer living there and had been moved out. Lawyer says theres a very good chance to have it all tossed, worst case scenario is maybe probation. Thankfully she dosen't smoke, or to do any real drugs. Since we all know how horrible of a drug some fucking pot is. And all the deaths and crime surrounding pot...but she can piss clean all day, has a job and is in college. So all looks good for her, and lastly shes never been in trouble with the police not even once. So probation is very likely if the charges stick.

But the one thing we are not getting out of is a fuck ton of money, lawyer alone costing a leg and one nut, then find out I may have to shovel out around 4k for some kidna fucking taxes on the bud they stole. How ever the fuck that works, never heard of that one before. But bottom line, I'm think we may just make it out of all this bs. Just gunna cost a pretty penny.
Weed is now an essential good to our economy. They might ask u to start growing again ASAP!

Try rain-or-shine pvc cement making a small bead on inside wall. Might be best to get rid of grommets and use bushings. Maybe a female bushing attached to sip with pvc cement and primer then cement in a threaded male 90 degree elbow.

Hey bro. Just received my SIPs today and have some Build A Soil going in the garage, excited to give this a shot in a few weeks. You said you use about a cup of the EM-1 solution in the reservoir. How many gallons is your res? Do you add EM-1 every time you add water?

I believe the exact portion is supposed to be 1/8 cup per gallon of water when using em1. My 30g sips have a res that holds right about 9 gallons give or take some. I normally use a mostly full solo cup of em1 for each watering. Apologies I don't have exacts but that's how i do almost everything. The best cooks in the world dont measure their seasonings lol. But I use em1 throughout the entire cycle with the exception of about 2ish weeks before the chop. I stop using em1 and just use plain water. Almost as if I was flushing, but as we all know that's not required with living organics! Depending on the size of the plant, and size of the sip, I can go anywhere from a few days up to 2 weeks without having to water. Clearly tho the big giants especially during the last few weeks drink like fish, I've got one now that has to be watered about every 3 days. Granted it wouldn't be dying or starving of thirst, but 3 days is when the res goes empty.20200326_003145.jpg20200326_003113.jpg

Cool, that's very helpful, thanks.

Mmmmm finger hash from harvest time. I've considered getting one of those trim bins after seeing what was in the bottom of my last harvest tray (a rubbermaid bussing tote). Would you purchase one again or was it more of a gimmick?

IMO it’s no gimmick. Ergonomic and tons of trics get sifted. After a trim session I bag the sugar leaves put it in the freezer and re-sift.

Same. My thumbs are killing me and I still have a couple days of trimming to do. Here are some pictures of one of my SIPs, second pic is a few days later. Grow shop was out of Gro-Kashi so I had to use a different brand.

If you can I'd suggest covering it, i use contractor trash bags, it will increase the humidity and act kinda like a greenhouse. Which the mycelium loves and the growth will explode.

I've also noticed more growth with higher temps as well. Just fyi
