i have a problem, i bought feminized seeds along with some durban poison for outdoors. I`ve put the durban seeds to germinate and none have hatched ...:? ... Can u tell me a method of germinating the feminized seeds that is ... safe ... or close to fullproofe? The temperature in the room that i`m germinating them is 18 degrees celcius.
Thanks guys.

Fold some layers of paper towels. Wet the towels and put the beans between the fold. Put the whole thing on a plate and set it on top of your computer monitor. Keep the towels moist ... not dripping, just moist. Look for the beans to start popping in about three days or so. Some take over a week and longer.

another way for 99% success is to fold them up in a just moist papertowl, and seal them in a ziplock baggie. Make sure you open it once every 2 days, but by the 3-4th day, you should have sprouts. works everytime. KEEP IT IN THE DARK.

ok dudes, the seeds are starting to burst :) ... that`s good, but io have a few more questions, and im` really sorry if they are off-topic but ...
1. I don`t have any sponge rock or perlite, and i have 2 gallon containers, i want to mix the soil with sand ... but i don`t know what ratio i should use ... please help me on this one.
2. I have 2 sets (4 elements - 18 watt each) of florescent lights that are about 36 each, i have a small grow room, a closet, and i only have 2 plants. so the space is about 4,5 sqare feet. Is it enough? a friend of mine had a grow room the same size and it worked for the vegetation stage.
3. Do i have to put larger rocks on the bottom of the containers for better drainage?
