I start my beans in used FFOF or HF in solo cup. I transplant into FFOF with 1 cup dolomite lime, 1/2 cup epsom salts and 1/2 gallon of composted cow manure(all per 5gal.) I add 20% perlite and i add plenty of mykos to the transplant hole. I need to get some neem meal as gnats can be an issue. How much do I add? I know this sounds like a lot of shit to add to "amended soil" but my plants have been happier since I started doing it. Oh btw, I screened my FFOF and found rocks, alot of bigger sticks, a jolly rancher wrapper and a penny. So thanks for the tip.
. I have like 3 or 4that pop up. Thought it was the stay away from ilgm thread. Oh and uh yeah I was stoned. I got a 10pk. Of 50 MG. Gummies and had eaten about 125 MG. So Duh on me. I do love the ffof. It's basically water and forget for that 1st month. I like the molasses too haven't tried banana peel tea
