Federal Hearings to Reschedule Marijuana (see you there!)

Of course VA doctors are forbidden from issuing a recommendation to use MMJ. Even if the doctor agrees with the benefits, and wants to give his recommendation, he can't. So veterans must get their rec from another doctor, but the VA is now prohibited from denying MMJ vets any of their services.

If an MMJ-legal vet has any problems from his VA doctor, he should just request another doctor.

hence the issue. and why we brought it up. veterans need not and ought not seek a second doctor.

the justices were the ones to have a large issue with this. if a veteran seeks cares from the VA he ought to be getting it. one of the justices was a veteran and had concerns.

so when we went to lobby with Stabenow's office .. the so called "champion of the veterans" -we discussed this issue at length with them.

this along with federal housing issues will beg for it to end up with a schedule 2 or 3 solution... when in reality... the Lawyer for the ASA should have asked for the complete removal from the list. not just to figure out what it ought to be rescheduled under.
