Light does degrade THC, but it takes time. It is best for storage to keep them in a cool dark place, if you have to choose between cool and dark I would pick the cooler place as long as it is not under intense light (the sun or your grow light). Mold would hurt your buds way more than some light.

I like to cure in my grow room if nothing is going since it gives me better control of air exchange and RH.

One more thing, I love the boveda 62% humidipaks for curing, saves from having to do all that burping and they work great with mason jars.

I've read about quite a few people using the 62% paks. I would like to have a handful of CaliberIV's, but I don't have the spare cash right now to get 8-12 of them.

One of the dispensaries I went to in CO (2009) gave away a ~60% RH pak with any purchase of >7g. I thought it was cool, but I rarely have to store it longer than 3wks.

Yea, I'm happy. I'm not making any assumptions on yield, but I avg 1-1.5g/day ... so I'm hoping this will last me until the next round.

I was just looking at them on ebay too. Same pricing, $1-1.50/ea with s/h

I popped beans by moon cycle, and if you believe that they will ripen best under a full moon, then they should be ready in 5-7 days.

Unfortunately I can't put them outside to actually SEE the moon.

I am moving in a month, so once this is harvested, this cab will be obsolete. Functional, and a great test. I think I'll continue using whiteboard for the inner walls, it's "appropriately reflective" IMO, cheap, and easy to use(clean, modify, etc). Except this time I'm planning on a 3x3x??. I could go bigger, but I want to supplement the SGS with some side lighting, and still have space for a tower fan/ionic filter and this time I'll need room for a heater. I have room for... anything, but I pay my monthly electric bill from hard labor, and I'm not about to go bonkers. Quality > Quantity; I only need to supply myself

Also, I have room for experimenting with crossing strains with veggies(Youtube THC Tomatoes) outside!!

Now I "get to" figure out if I want to do hydro or ebb/flow or bigger AP's with coco... I could try organics too

i got an outdoor baby in a 40 gal container thats 63 inches tall and 52 inches wide.

how did those air pots work for ya. heard nothing but good things. there just a lil pricey when ur doing like 10 ish plants

I don't know where my receipts are, but if AirPots are expensive locally, find them elsewhere. The 1L containers I started in are $3, I don't remember the others, but <$10/ea. Happy? Yea, I'm happy. I'm excited to open them up and see the root mass after harvest. I've been bottom feeding for almost all of flowering, so out of a batch of ~4gal, they absorb 0.5-0.8gal each. The 7.5L AP's just fit inside a 5gal bucket(I use a "food safe" 5gal). I run a flooming pump while the nutes are mixing, usually 10-15min before adding anything, and up until just before I dunk them. The "waste" of making a 4gal batch (every 3 days) means that I'm going to run out of all my nutrients except: CaMg+, PK13/14 & Drip Clean. The pH down that I have will last an eternity, I'm happy with that too(SaferGro). I like the flushing effect of the dunk and drain, over time it does let coco and perlite out through the holes and it makes more of thimble shape inside the AP. I dunk them down to the top of the coco, the roots are holding the coco together now, not the pot. Stalks are about the size of my pinky finger.

The pots are ~11" tall, above the tall one is about 21" and the other about 18". Out of my 48" total, they're taking up ~32, add the thickness of the panel (~3") and the extra height above the light that I can't use (~3") and it makes sense why the light is only about 10" away from the tallest tip... which is up against the back right now. I like it there, it can share the happiness of 1100+umoles with siblings.
No matter what, I'm happy to see what a plant can do that's <24" tall. The space is 21.75" wide, so they're "square".. as tall as they are wide.

Thanks for the kind words. They're definitely frosty, and I'm hoping decently dense. They are leaning now, I'm taking that as a good sign. It's hard to get a good pic with the phone, but looking up is when I get all giddy about the trichs.

nice so ur tent is 48 inches? mine is 82 inches. but now i have a 24 inch table in there to keep everything closer to light. since i have the light
tied up as high as it can be to the tent. figure ill adjust the plants height rather than light height as sometimes i have a big height difference in plants and they need
to be closer or further away you know?

No tent, custom built cab, for a special place where nobody looks or knows about.

I made it, 2x4's(cut in half) and whiteboard. Whiteboard like the kind you write on, which fortunately comes in 48" wide sheets... convenient.

When I get to setup the new place, I have every intention of making a table 30" tall for the space. I don't want to crouch down to mess with them, plus the storage/space under the plants can be used for fans, heaters, filters, pumps, tanks, or even a cloner chamber.

I have access to a couple of the 2L vendor racks, 3-4 of those would fit under a 2x3 light, and do a 12/12FS hempy bucket run for shits and giggles.

I was looking extra close today, and I found two beans. Or at least I think the second one is a bean too, it's immediately next to the one I popped open to make sure it was what I thought it was(no hairs coming out, and a "black" spot inside. Why do I feel like a failure because of that? Also, this is why I don't supply anyone else. 10yrs ago a couple beans wasn't an issue. Shit went "medical" and now people get pissed if they find a bean. Is it normal to get a bean or two on a plant? even if it's "feminized"? I would think not, hence the feminized, and nobody likes a late hermie. I admit that I am a novice and an untrained eye, but I don't see bananas.

Why no tent? It was this space or no space. I'm not the type of tenant that cuts holes for my vents, and then wonders why I won't get a deposit back. Everything is understood, and no drama, but also no modifications.
... next place I'll have more options. Funds will make or break how soon I build a new cab, obviously this one works, but I feel I could do so much better
