You seem a bit sensitive regarding your master the Tibetan. I spent some time in McLeod Ganj, my least favourite part of India, saw a lot of western sponsored Tibetans living the good life chilling, drinking, flirting with western women, a friend raised enough money in the UK to build a Tibetan family a 5 bed house. The man of the house gave up his taxi job and started a career as a Wife beater, alcoholic and meditation teacher. My friend was incensed, couldn’t understand why this had happened. I rolled my eyes and told him I was only there for the charas. Nice charas, very spiritual.
Some of the worst charlatans are white people who appropriate buzz words and terms from eastern religions in order to build their own cult. Its not just the eastern religions that are abused by these people. Cults that claim they are based upon "science" are not unknown either. In any case, practically all "free seminars" are taught with a hook at the end to get more of the attendee's money. That "free seminar" becomes the most expensive free seminar you've ever taken.

And many who are trapped in those groups are in crisis to begin with, looking outward instead of inward for solutions to their troubles. Typical of religious cults to prey on those who are lost :(. Nothing is free, there is a cost to everything we do.

Perhaps someone(?) could explain to this antitheist why mindfulness meditation is not yet another bs mind control paradigm for the credulous? How much cash did the Tibetan lama bilk from you?
Bilked by a Llama? Yes! That explains it then.

if this dog runs against trump, i'll vote for this dog. if its discovered that this dog is a closet nazi, i'll still vote for this dog before trump. if it turns out this dog assfucks cats in a hitler uniform while smoking meth, i'll still vote for this dog before trump....is that clear enough?

so it doesn't matter if its warren or biden or fucking old ass bernie....ANYONE but trump...no one that is not in an institution could be a worse choice...no one...hell, i'd vote for the old man that dances in six flags commercials before trump....i'd vote for the old dancing man's socks to be president before trump.

The goal of any psychological process we undertake is to integrate difficult experiences and to build and develop our resources and strengths. Externalising this process in repressive techniques, whether they are displacement behaviours or diversions, only serves to reinforce and compound the suffering which remains in the unconscious.

What, are you trying to help me with your Buddha/Freud shite?
How about not "externalizing" your shite towards me.
Why are you fixated on me?
Also, why do you have as your signature a quote from an anti-Semite, does that make you feel intelligent?

As far as your attempt upon enlightening me, thanks for the thought, but I think I'll pass.

You are a Brit, aren't you?

C'mon, admit your from that "Empire", that is about to doom itself by leaving the EU (good :) )

Simple question that I have asked, why not answer?

If it weren’t for the never ending Fake News about me, and with all that I have done (more than any other President in the first 2 1/2 years!), I would be leading the “Partners” of the LameStream Media by 20 points. Sorry, but true!

So how do you think this country ended up with Trump in the first place, if not by voting for the 'least bad' candidate?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results.

i think trump got elected because he was running against Hillary Clinton...a woman who was VASTLY more qualified for the job...but the "average" person hated her..they didn't trust her, thought she was aloof, uncaring, and dishonest... i'm not saying she deserved any of that, but that was the public perception of her...she was despised enough, by enough people, that she "lost" to trump....i know she technically won, and was cheated out of the presidency by faithless electors, but that doesn't matter...what matters is what actually happened, and what actually happened was president trump....

I've seen it attributed to him for decades. I first heard it in junior high school in the '70's.

Nevertheless:

There is no substantive evidence that Einstein wrote or spoke the statement above. It is listed within a section called “Misattributed to Einstein” in the comprehensive reference “The Ultimate Quotable Einstein” from Princeton University Press. 1
