By the way, I heard having the jars sitting upside down wasn't a good think, because it'd get the dry verm wet (if you have some on, that is).

Yeah that's true.
They were only upside-down for a minute anyways, so I'm sure nothing happened to them.
They are still colonizing just fine, it just may have fucked up with contam barrier.
I honestly wouldn't care if they did contam though, I hate the PF tek now lmao.

I dont even know the size of the container, but it was a tupperware from my kitchen that had a crack in it.
Its 5"Wx10"Lx2"D.

They're coming along fine. I thought they had a contamination, but MZ said it could just be a mutant mush.
Uploading the new days today guys! I see another pin in the left corner.
Kind of hard to see with my picture, though.

Sorry for the late-pictures guys. I reformatted my computer and installed Windows 7. I was sick of the same ole windows XP pro. :shock:

Here is a picture of the tray, I photoshopped the one with flash so you can see where the 2 pins are located. Kind of hard to see. The pin in the upper left, is right behind the myc blob. You can sorta see it's stem forming. Haha, its kind of hard to see the circles I photoshopped in, but they're there, just look hard!

Here is the picture of what I think might be a contaminant, although it's not green. It could also be a mutant mushroom. The second picture you can clearly see the second pin :)

It's really colonizing that casing layer, it's amazing how it grew all that in 11 days since day 1.
I think its awesome how the mycelium like almost climbs up the walls, crazy looking.

I cased it with field capacity verm.

I want to grow maybe some pink oysters. What was the strain that you said tasted like lobster when buttered? That sounds soo fucking bomb Ill definitely grow that too.

Just vermiculite.
I'm doing the rez-effect, which promotes a better first flush, but does not have enough nutrients to keep going.
