    Biggest English muffins I’ve ever seen. They’ll be nice toasted for the burgers. Jalapeño, orange bell, Walla Walla, rice vinegar, demarara sugar, coriander and pineapple. A few red chili flakes. Might not make it to the burgers. Damn that’s good.

    If you have butter, just bake the wings and toss em in a seasoned butter. Salt and pepper is enough. Or use herbs. Spices. A blend. If you boil the wings for 5 mins and let them chill in the fridge, then bake them, they’ll be crispier.

    Past damage. Nothing’s gonna fix that. It’s a tough spot when you’re that far into flower chasing shit. I’d go easy on the nutes. It’ll finish fine.
