Need help cant figure out what is wrong with my outdoor plant

Hard to tell but I don't see a lot of perlite in your dirt. Maybe it's too hot of a mix or doesn't drain well enough? I get calcium issues because my spring is high in magnesium and looks similar to your issues. Adding cal/mag helps as does regular EWC tea.

    My First Outdoor NW

I actually was worried with my early 7 week strains. I left the light on until the 18th and everything was fine when I shut it off. I did reduce the time by a half hour in may and that triggered some to start flowering, I caught it and reset the timer and they went back into veg. I try to...

    My First Outdoor NW

I haven't gone straight from artificial light to flowering outside, but yeah if you do that too early it would reveg. I'd imagine after mid-late july everything would keep flowering. Some strains mature at different rates too. Different time frames for different parts of the flower cycle.

    My First Outdoor NW

I've got a couple that aren't even that far along and they're supposed to be done end of september. I think that stretch period can take a little longer outside on some strains. At least that's what I'm telling myself. :-P

    Open Show and Tell 2015!

Good to know! On the label it looks like basically soap and water, expensive ass soap and water to boot. I have heard a lot of people assume that "natural" means safe. But shit man, too much water will kill ya. Careful with the pesticides ya'll. ( ass I say fuck it and don't put on a respirator):|

    Outdoor Pests?

Turkeys like to eat leaves as well. I'd I.d. the pest before treatment. Look for tracks and poop. I would suspect any of the pests described so far. Grasshoppers can do a lot of damage, you might see the numbers increase shortly and that would clue you in.

    Outdoor Pests?

If it was a rabbit, it would probably also be gnawing on the main stem. They'll girdle and take a small plant in one night. Wood rats will steal and stash whole branches. Grasshoppers like to shimmy around and hide when you approach, but most likely you'd notice at least one. Deer browse and so...

    Smart pot users

300 gallon smart pots looking at 5lbs or so. Of course it could rain the last 2 weeks and that yield's cut in half. Roots go wider better than deeper with this plant, haven't seen much difference larger than 400 gallons, but I don't have the season or infrastructure to test that at my spot...

    Hiding Smell.

well in my neck of the woods I can go to the coast an get a truckload of shrimp waste for nothing. That stinks sooo bad, you might create more problems doing something along those lines.

    Hiding Smell.

nope. well nothing you'd want to have around like rotting flesh/poop. I have some evergreen honeysuckle smells great all through the summer but I still catch whiffs of the buds and they are only halfway into flower right now and I can smell them 100 ft. away.

    Calico's dozen-ish

alright for anyone else growing in a cooler wet area, this next short heat wave might be the last real heat. I'm planning on taking that straw mulch back out afterwards and focusing on more PVC and t post covers. Great time to spray for whatever is needed as I won't be spraying after mid sept on...

And that OGOG pheno 3 stem is still the biggest stem out there and I am happy that she stretched some and isn't so compact anymore

    Calico's dozen-ish

I'm going to look into the ksil, I do use a silica product but not to a large degree, really only in the beginning. Maybe I need to strengthen up them cell walls more. It seemed pricey and I haven't got a clear opinion on whether it's worth it or not.

    Future Grow Garden

Are you digging down because a homemade fence is too obvious or too expensive. A fence can be as as simple as reed screens tied to an existing fence, or landscape fabric strung high. Another thing to think about is the roots won't go 6 ft down. If you get a lot of rain or humidity then there...

    Calico's dozen-ish

My strawberries do awesome, but can get moldy real fast if injured or over ripe. On another note, just was outside spraying plants and caught a cougar stalking my chickens. It was an adult and I ran inside and got the shotgun, made some noise anyway. Price I pay for living in the woods I guess...
