Yeah 33% compost/castings might be too much if it is denser material. After mixing you should be able to take a handful and basically make a "snow ball" out of it. It shouldn't fall apart readily and if you stick a finger into it the impression should remain without the whole thing crumbling...

I was going to rent a mixer for this purpose, probably will next time. I would say you'd want something bigger than 4 cubic feet if you can get it though with that much soil. 250 gallons / 4 cu ft is still 8 batches.

Right trifoliate only applies to leaf shape I guess, so apparently there is no term that applies to node/branch number. You should maybe read/skim posts, especially the more recent ones. Polyploidy has to do with sets of chromosomes. Plants don't necessarily express how many sets of chromosomes...

A good portion of the Nitrogen in guano is available. Alfalfa meal and neem meal contain mostly insoluble N. Don't underestimate high quality compost or earthworm castings though, they can provide for plants for a while. Alaska fish fertilizer is mainly soluble N and it provides organic matter...

Triploid/polyploidy has to due with # of chromosomes. I believe the correct term is trifoliate. Most likely not caused by any nutrient/additive.

I start seeds direct to media (soil). If they are regular seeds they go directly into ~3 liter containers. Last time a pack of 10 seeds yielded 7 females. Females definitely are favored under the right circumstances.

Those look too dry to me. Moisture is important.

I sometimes get rabbit manure from a friend and will add it to my worm bin. The bedding is more of a "problem" than the actual droppings. Just because some of the bedding materials take longer to break down than others, and both the paper bedding as well as hay can take a while to break down...
