Three weeks into flower and I see small stands of webbing. After a good foilar feed with 2.5ml dyna grow neem mixed with 2ml wet betty to a quart of water, I now see more webbing clearly. Should I do this every three days for 3 more weeks? At least thats what I see online.

Yup never had a problem germinating in it either. I just use an 8oz. Solo cup with ffof and perlite. Then straight into 5 gallons of more ffof. Of course, considering how much crap, bark, and extra stuff is in each bag I buy off ffof, I have Switched to happy frog.

If it is an enclosed room and you are exhausting into it you will get a slightly carbony smelling room. If you run the exhaust out of he room properly you wont smell anything. Exhausting into the room will leave small remanats of odor recirculating through your room and eventuallY into other areas.

I swear things are growing bigger and faster with silica than not. My recipe has been 1ml of botanicaire silica blast per liter or 4ml per gallon of water....every watering.

Worth every penny of the $250. Dont skimp with lite line. i have assembeled, dissassembled, reassembled...no tears, no light leaks, no broken corners or poles, adequalte ventalation, ports for every possible chord, or venting possible. No smells escape the thick skin. Shouldve got it sooner.

My two cents is to start with a single plant, and grow it in a 5 gallon pot or bigger. Like others have said, don't waste money on a prefab system, instead get a good tent and build it yourself. I have graduated from a makeshift ghetto setup to a quality Gorilla Tent, 1000 watt LED and 4" fan...

If youre a novice, Id advise against hydro systems. I have soil down to a science and failed hydro three attempts. There is much maintenance with hydro, daily ph testing, water temps to keep cool if you dont have a chiller, changing resevoirs. Im failry meticulous and couldnt get it dialed in...

No offense, but the directions on the bottle usually are fairly accurate on dosage and time to use.

Why not use the hps and suppliment with LED? More light equals more yield

Interesting to know you have no ill effects from silica all the way to harvest. I never need it as a PH up. No matter when I add it PH stays between 6.0 and 6.5, which is ok for soil.

Is it safe to feed silica through harvest. Does it affect taste or flowers at all? I know its fed and used throughout veg, to build up plant. However I wonder after veg, should it be lowered in bloom or cut off alltogether?

Yes flower it now....but before that drop it in a pot twice as big. That one looks to be close to root bound. You still have 8-10 weeks for roots to stretch out and increase yeilds.

Yes, I dont use it for feeding but its ideal for that. I do add it in the nutrient mix at 4ml per gallon. Supposedly it makes the water and nutrients uptake better.
