My space is like 6 x 4 feet..would the 150 watt HPS be sufficient if I have 2, no more than 3 plants? The walls are lined with mylar too btw..

Also...should the entire flower be done with 2700k bulbs or should they be mixed in with the 6500k bulbs for maximum results?

I would really rather find the correct t5 bulbs..but I did look into a 150 watt HPS. Would that be sufficient to flower up to 3 plants in a room lined with mylar? Also would that use more electricity than my t5 which happens to be 216 watts?

Do they make 4' t5 2700k bulbs? I'm finding them difficult to locate so far even online.

How did you separate them? I want them to survive but I don't want to end up killing both plants..especially the larger one. I've already lost enough babies thus far on this first growing experience smh..this is the first one I have going right

Just FYI after some research I discovered that twins, while uncommon, can occur with hybrid strains..which is indeed what I am growing. It's only been growing for a week so I'm going to let it veg for a while and see what happens with it.

The bulbs on my light say blue spectrum. I read that the plants like red spectrum mixed in during flowering (using fluorescent the entire grow)..what color T5 bulbs would allow me to expose them to the red spectrum?

I'm no light expert so I figured I'd ask here...I have a 4' 4 bulb T5 panel light..I was planning lining the room with Mylar. If I were to have CFLs pumping out the same wattage would that use less electricity?

I've put plastic wrap on top of them for germination (I prefer putting seed straight in soil from beginning) and they hold moisture pretty well that way. You think if I put plastic wrap around the sides of the pot it would hold moisture better? I think I may try that and see what the result is.

How small are the pots you use? Those fucking pots dry out so bad..I find myself watering way more than I feel I should...have to constantly monitor the moisture levels...it's sooooo annoying.

I'm on my first grow and it seems like I have twin plants (two sprouts from one seed). Does anybody have experience with this? If so is it ok to grow them in the same pot or do they need to be separated at some point? I've been looking around for pics of two plants maturing in the same pot and...

Oh hold up you're talking about the one pot that looks like something else coming out of the soil..nope not two plants...unless the seed gave birth to a set of twins. I only put in one seed per pot which is why I'm so curious as to what that other growth is..

Oh sorry for the confusion lol..they're growing in 2 separate pots..I'll give the one in the seed casing a little more time..but after going on 7 days in soil..don't you think I'm pressing my luck hoping for a plant? Just curious.

How often do you typically go in between waterings?

Does anybody on here typically start seeds in small fiber pots in order to prevent shocking the plant when transferring to a bigger pot? If so do you find that soil in those pots dry out under lights faster than when in normal containers?
