hi, been having an argument with a friend for a while now, he says you cant grow cannabis plants under a 400w light because they wont flower but i think you can so the question is can i grow good cannabis plants full cycle under 400w they are currently under 600w hps and leaves are burning...

hi, does anyone know if these are retrievable ??? i went on holiday for 2 weeks, when i left i had healthy green plants and when i got back i was faced with this, they were being watched by a friend who decided to move my light(600w hps) to about 3 inches from plants :-(
