my grow room is getting too hot, currently temps are averaging about 100 degrees fahrenheit.

i have grow box (see pics) which measures 153cm high, 124cm long and 94cm across
with 600w dual spectrum light and standard reflector 4 inch exhaust fan and a cheap bathroom extractor fan but still too high, i think its killing my plants, all is pictured below, need to get it cooler in there.

try pulling air from outside, you probably need better exhaust, like an exhaust that doesnt just replace air in the box but the room the box is in. my ventilation set up has taken some time to find the happy medium, just mess around with your ventilation and see what you can do. if that doesnt help than you may need to get a cooler for that room

yes, this is wrong, you shouldn't be watering that much. water until some runs out the bottom, then wait until the top 2 inches of soil are completely dry to the touch to water again. by overwatering you are stressing your plants and increasing your chance of getting root rot because your adding unnecessary moisture. depending on your humidity levels you shouldn't have to water but around 3 times a week. you need to get that heat down though asap bro.

would a 6 inch fan be better for the heat or maybe a 400w light??

a 6" fan would probably make a difference, probably not a huge difference. i think 4" fans move around 125 cfm and most 6" fans move around 400 cfm. also i looked at your pics again and your ducting is all curled all over the place, the more bends in your duct, the slower the air moves. you might try to straighten that out.

Hopefully you get your heat issues worked out but she (hopefully a she) is overwatered. As he stated above you should let your soil dry out between waterings. yaadi yaadi yaadi you know the rest
