I got 2 blue and 2 red lights . I placed both of them ... My plants are just growing ... shud i do 12/12 ? when shud i start 12/12 ? and what should i do now ? how long shud i haev the lights on .. since there just growing . there each 54 watt.

The site says its T5 BLUE, BUT is it only for vegetating or growing or both ?

and also the site that you mentioned is it a T5 or it is one of those CFL bulbs ?

Since I am a Newbie which one do you guys recommend for growing and vegetation. ? T5 or CFL ? I want the best. I dont mind paying a little more.

Can anyone recommend me a full spectrum / Fluoreccent lights that i shud i get for my plants ? I dont want one for vegatative and one for Flowering etc ... I want one that does BOTH . thank you
