yes, that's the way I understand it. A watt is a watt whether it is mh or led. So why do they say my 220 w led which draws 165W is equal to a 400w mh?

otherwise, If I was trying to expand my grow area, I would be more comfortable daisy chaining a light I already know, than looking for a new super light

if you have a large grow room efficiency is everything. A few watts here and there can make a big difference. If you are just some dumbshit growing your own pot you probably don't even know how to measure efficiency. All you need to know is no matter how inefficient you are, it is cheaper...
