I would say no, you'll have no space to work, and you need to work on it constantly. 16" deep isn't real spectacular either.

Except it's not a room, a cool tube is a closed system with a single inlet and a single outlet. A room has dozens of inlets if you are extracting air from it. Sucking the air out of a room is the right thing to do, with a cool tube you should be blowing the air through the system.

why is it better to pull air?

You definately want to blow the air over your bulbs and not suck it through, sounds like you guys both have your fans in reverse.

it's hard to say, but the greater danger is if they bend, you're grinder will be unusable

$80 bucks is rediculous though, if that is what that space case costs, there are other similar grinders on the market that are half that price and are milled in the proper manner.

no I'm saying that when they made that grinder on ebay, they took a cylinder of aluminum and bored out the inside, they then stuck/welded the tines on. This is no good. Now the space case picture you posted, you can clearly tell that is a quality grinder because you can see a little halo...

So i think the tines are stuck on after the fact. On my grinder the milling operation left much smaller swirl marks that distintly weave around the tines. In that picture the marks are much more circular and lead directly up to the base of the tine, there's no tool you can attach to a cnc that...
