fans can help with mold because they move the air around and keep stale air from staying in your grow room. if you got an enclosed area and exhaust fan would really help you out. if its more open area put a couple of fans in there and that should be good. i wouldn't have the ac/dehumidifier...

dude for 8 plants your gonna want a lot more light than what you got right now. your yield will suffer a lot unless you give them more light. if you got the money spring for at least a 400W hps light, if not at least get some more fluorescents and/or cfls in there

you're absolutely right. giving them a light schedule of 12/12 will slow their growth and your yield will drop. i believe its recommended to give them light either 18/6 or 24/0.

yea def grow 6 plants unless the space you have is limited. you'll probably end up losing a little bit on the yield of each plant due to each plant receiving less light, but you'll more than make up for that with the total number of plants.
