Do Earthworms Help?

I was wondering if the use of Earthworms was any help to growing some plants?

I'm sue they would be beneficial to the soil. Maybe not if your using chemical ferts though. Cant imagine they'd like that.

I use worm castings in my soil mix, them as the plants get ready for more ferts, I make a batch of "worm casting Tea" to help add more nitrogent to the soil.good luck, aloha
