Is this plant ready for chop? +reps

Their are many different factors that go into figuring out when your friut is ripe. I would suggest you read this thread. It has some very close up pics and some excellent advice. https://www.rollitup.org/harvesting-curing/210501-zeuss-take-harvesting.html Be patient. You are nearing the finish...

    Confused about lighting

I would probably use the 600w with a remote ballast. You might check into doing a verticle SCROG. Make sure your room is well ventilated.

Compacted Soil and its too late

Wait till the lawn in nice and wet. Then place two steel rods in the ground a few feet apart. Then take a car battery and attach some jumper cables to the posts. Watch them worms fly out of the grass ! Great for fishin :)

    correct lighting for veg?

Within the context of this post what I said was correct Riddle. I have never seen a plant get heat stress using CFL's. Have you? Maybe I am wrong. Maybe you can get heat stress from bumping your CFL's from 2700k to 6500k. Maybe your right. Krazy, in my opinion you would be ok bumping up to...

Compacted Soil and its too late

Hey great advice. I have a friend that just got back from being gone for 10 days. I had to go and take care of his 20 GDP plants. They were 2 weeks into flower. he has them in 3 gal pots under 1400watts and I went over their every day to not only feed his animals but check on his garden and...

    super skunk help

To add to what Gee is saying, it depends on a lot of different things. Your horizontal space is limited because you already have 7 plants and only one 600w lamp. If you get them to wide and bushy your lamp will not be able to not only cover the canopy but it will also not be able to penetrate...

    watering

I usally go by the weight of the container. If it feels really light it's time to water. I find that as the plants get bigger they demand more water more often. :)

    Expected Yield?

I will respectfully disagree with only veggin for 3-4 weeks or 12 to 18 inches tall. The larger your root mass the better your yield will be if all other considerations are correctly met. Veg them puppies to 2.5 - 3 feet tall. You have plenty of wattage to handle it. This will give you a much...

    Expected Yield?

wow 2000w for 8 plants. If you have the room I would let them suckers veg for at least 8 weeks. top them correctly. Get them big and fat before you start flowering. Make sure you do not harvest them to early. Let Them Ripen before you harvest!! You do it right and you will harvest a hell of a...

    really newbish question please answer

If you have the resources you can start veggin some plants under some HID lights (at least 600w) for about 6 months. Top them a few times and let them get 5' tall and nice and bushy. Then get a backhoe and dig some really big holes. Fill it full of some good conditioned soil. Then plant your 5'...
