Tasmanians for sure, mainly because it produces multiple pods, has a high potency, and because they mature pretty fast.

GE Biax 57 watt puts out 4300 Lumens, making it 75.4 lumens per watt. It also comes in a 70 watt version that puts out 5200 Lumens or 74.2 lumens per watt. They aren't screw in though. They have a 4 pin base so it is a bit more work to get everything running

The amount of light needed usually isn't measured in watts. You should look at the amount of lumens it puts out. Minimum amount is about 3000 lumens per square foot. Ideal is between 7-10,000 per sq/ft.

My temps stay around 78 to 80 with the light on. I have a pretty good intake and exhaust. Nothing super just a couple high CFM computer fans. But they seem to work well along with the circulating fans in the box. I'll have to try and get them closer. I was just afraid of burning them

Yes they do make 1000 watt MH.. I dont really think that 40-50 plants will work in a 3x4 room even if its SOG.
